Hotel muy bien ubicado,. El desayuno o muy bueno y variado. El colchón es realmentecómodo y las almohadas también. Esta todo muy limpio,en las habitaciones en lugar de botecitos mono dosis de champoo ,gel o crema hidratante. Tienen botes de 500ml con dispensador un gran idea y muy sistenible. Vengo muchas veces por trabajo y al estar tan céntrico tienes de todo a pie de calle. El personal es muy eficaz y resolutivo, están muy pendientes del clientey buscan siempre facilitarte todo durante la estancia. Hotel muy recomenda le

Estancia excelente, muy buena ubicación e instalaciones. Además dejé olvidada una pertenencia en la habitación y todo el personal fue muy atento y resolutivo en la gestión del envío a mi domicilio. Volveré.

Este fim de semana eu estava hospedado no hotel por uma questão de trabalho, por um dia. O hotel está em muito boas condições e os quartos são bem equipados e limpos. O problema fundamental que eu tive é que a fechadura estava mal configurada, então eles me explicaram, e toda vez que eu precisava entrar eles tinham que abri-la com a chave mestra, não foi resolvido até que eu saí na manhã seguinte. Solicitei um formulário de reclamação e informaram-me que não os tinham para que eu o escrevesse numa folha de papel. Acho que este último é algo que não pode ser permitido; erros e incidentes ocorrem, mas não ter um meio de reclamar dá uma imagem muito ruim. Eu não vou recomendar.

Excelente ubicación , muy cerca de la zona de pinchos , buenas camas y desayuno exquisito. Destacar el trato del personal del hotel, fueron muy amables. Sin duda, lo recomendaría .

Este fin de semana estuve alojada en el hotel por un tema laboral, durante un día. El hotel se encuentra en muy buen estado y las habitaciones están equipadas correctamente y limpias. El problema fundamental que tuve es que se desconfiguro la cerradura, por lo que me explicaron, y cada vez que necesita entrar me tenían que abrir con la llave maestra, no se solucionó hasta que me fui la mañana siguiente. Solicite una hoja de reclamación y me informaron que no disponían de ellas que lo escribiese en un folio. Creo que esto último es algo que no se puede permitir; los errores e incidencias ocurren pero no disponer de un medio de reclamación da bastante mala imagen. No lo recomendaré.

Me hospedé en este hotel por un viaje de trabajo, y la verdad más contenta no pude quedar..la atención de la recepción excelente, me ayudaron con varios temas con mi empresa. Muy contenta 😌.. el desayuno excelente muy variado y fresco, el baño y la limpieza de las instalaciones muy bien… sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí…

O NH Logroño é um excelente hotel com uma relação qualidade/preço imbatível. Também está localizado em uma área residencial de Logroño, na parte nova, mas perto da área de tapas da cidade. Mas se você não quiser andar muito, bem ao lado do hotel você tem muitas opções gastronômicas. Os quartos são muito bons, colchões e lençóis de luxo. Tudo muito, muito bom.

NH Logroño es un hotel excelente con una relación calidad/precio inmejorable. Además está ubicado en una zona residencial de Logroño, en la parte nueva, pero cerca de la zona de tapas de la ciudad. Pero si no quieres caminar mucho, al lado mismo del hotel tienes muchas opciones de restauración. Las habitaciones son muy buenas, colchones y sábanas de lujo. Todo muy, muy bien.

Quartos espaçosos e limpos. Hotel em muito bom estado e com uma localização muito central, ideal para visitar Logroño. O buffet correto, sem mais. Animais de estimação são permitidos, mas é melhor não trazê-los porque eles não podem ser deixados sozinhos no quarto devido aos regulamentos do hotel. O estacionamento fica na parte inferior do hotel, mas é antigo e muito apertado.

Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Hotel en muy buen estado y con situación muy céntrica ideal para visitar Logroño. El buffet correcto, sin más. Admite mascotas, pero mejor no llevarla porque no se les puede dejar solos en la habitación para nada por las normas del hotel. El aparcamiento está en la parte inferior del hotel, pero es antiguo y MUY estrecho.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are a bit on the firm side, but I was incredibly comfortable and slept well. Their breakfast was outstanding! Very fresh

Nice hotel for business trips to Logroño. Well located close to the city center, nice breakfast although is not included (13eur). On the other hand the rooms are good but a bit cold in addition the marble floor make it super cold and difficult to walk through bare foot (bring your sleepers). The parking is really small but the hotel staff bring the car to the front door. Good hotel for summer time

My friend and I were in Spain for a wine trip in early October and stayed at this hotel. The service was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, the staff went out of their way to be helpful. They offered to park our car which was really appreciated. After a long day of driving in a different country it was nice to have that one extra task taken off of our hands. We went right up to our room and our luggage followed later. The front desk staff were so helpful in giving us information and directions and making phone calls for us about bus schedules and telling us about other interesting places to go. As for the area this hotel is in, it is a great area for walking and very near all the little bars and restaurants for tapas. The rooms were clean and comfortable. If I were back in Logrono, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

Nice hotel in the centre of Logroño. Easy to find and a good starting point if you want to see the city. Good service and an ok breakfast. The parking in the garage is a bit tricky so you might want to ask the staff to park your car. The will happily do it. I had a nice stay there.
