Gostei bastante da apresentação das suítes, em relação à limpeza das casas de banho reparei que a banheira tinha alguma gordura assim como alguns fios de cabelos.

A minha pontuação fraca, é referente apenas ao serviço de quarto! Tudo o resto correu bem. Fiquei alojada dos dias 13 a 15 do mês corrente, no quarto 731 - 7º andar. Bastante dececionada com as senhoras que foram fazer a limpeza ao quarto, deixaram um pano velho sujo pendurado na porta da wc, retiraram os produtos de higiene do hotel que estávamos a usar, nomeadamente, sabonete das mãos, champô e gel duche, e não repuseram novos. E para piorar, traçaram o cabo de carregamento do meu telemóvel. Lamentável esta situação para um hotel 4 estrelas no centro de Sevilha.

Habitaciones muy bien,desayuno bufett muy abundante y variado.Personal del hotel muy amable tanto de recepción,como del desayuno,todos de 10!!SUGERENCIA:Recomendaría que en el buffet TODOS llevaran mascarilla incluidlos niños!!!! mi hijo por edad no está obligado por ley(es menor de 6 años)y por seguridad PARA TODOS para ir a coger cosas iba con ella puesta y se la quitaba para comer. Due to my job, I often travel to Seville, and I always stay at NH Collection. I simply love everything about the hotel. Rooms are wonderful, extremely comfortable and cleany, and perfectly equipped. I usually have all meals at the hotel, and the food is amazing; the quality is extraordinary, and many options are available for all dietary regimens. The wi-fi is super fast and very efficient. The staff is simply wonderful, friendly, extremely kind and professional; their hospitality always makes me feel at home. Last but not least, the hotel's location is excellent: the centre of the town is within easy walking distance, and various types of transportation are available, such as taxis, buses, the subway and the "Metrocentro" (that is, the light rail).

Great for what I paid. Close to plaza esp. and the sights. Easy for parking as a lot of white zones nearby. Check-in took a bit too long, most hotels just check ID / payment and give room key this was much longer. Also my nespresso machine didn’t work. Other than that a quality hotel.

Como todos los NH, espectacular el trato recibido por el personal. Los desayunos abundantes,la piscina muy cómoda y el bar de la piscina bien diseñado. El hotel está cerca de las zonas de jóvenes,para tomar algo muy bien

Un lugar ideal para descansar y disfrutar de sus instalaciones, piscina impoluta, Gimnasio completo, bufet excelente y habitaciones amplias y bien cuidadas, sin lugar a dudas mi hotel preferido en Sevilla. Enhorabuena a los empleados que hacen posible mantener con amabilidad estas instalaciones.

Hice reserva a través de booking donde se indica que admiten mascotas, no se informa que tiene coste adicional (casi como el precio de una persona: 35€ y la habitación doble costaba 84€), además al llegar al hotel nos informan que el perro (raza pequeña) no se puede quedar solo en la habitación. Y me pregunto….si bajo a desayunar en el propio hotel, que hago con el perro si no lo admiten en el restaurante? Finalmente, estando en el mostrador tuvimos que cancelar la reserva y buscarnos rápidamente otro hotel en el que si podíamos dejar al perro en la habitación, mientras desayunamos o comemos en un restaurante.

Really helpful staff who were very accommodating to our requirements. Would definitely recommend this hotel for convenience and comfort. The beds were like clouds and the a/c worked very well. Breakfast was never too busy and felt very relaxed.

Los empleados de recepción poco cercanos, venimos de otros dos hoteles donde fueron muy amables. El mobiliario deteriorado. Ponen que tienen gimnasio y luego no puedes entrenar porq lo alquilan a entrenadores particulares y ya no tienen aforo por lo que nos hemos tenido que buscar un gimnasio fuera con el gasto que ello conlleva. El desayuno ha cambiado respecto al del año pasado. No volveremos

Hotel muito cuidado do ponto de vista higio sanitário. Qualquer pessoa se sente segura quanto quanto à propagação do COVID. As comodidades são boas apenas lamento que as camas não estejam ao nível da qualidade do hotel.

Modern.Clean and Comfortable.Close to transportation and sights. Two night stay with a tour group.Good size room.Comfortable beds.Clean. Quiet. Bathroom is smallish, but good water pressure and plenty of hot water.Shower only, no tub.Free Wifi.No complaints with the housekeeping, did a top notch job. Nice breakfast spread.Friendly and helpful front desk.Public transportation close by will get you to the Cathedral area within a 1/2 hour.Taxi's are plentiful.Catch some Flamenco!

Sevilla was our first stop (of four) in Andalusia, and the Hotel NH Collection was a great way to begin! Our room was ready upon arrival and we found it to be very comfortable. Clean, well-appointed, with plenty of room (for a hotel in a European city). While the hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the city center, there was a lot to do in the immediate vicinity. What we particularly liked was eating in restaurants and tapas bars that were frequented by more locals than tourists. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting this area.

Stayed here for 3 nights and have to say it was a great experience and hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the superior room which had a Nespresso machine with 3 different pods refilled daily! Room was very big and very clean. Although it is not directly in the historic city centre, it is only a 20 min walk or a tram away from it. I would say this was great value and would stay here again and recommend it!
