Hotel bem localizado, no centro histórico de Milão. É um hotel tipo boutique, mas grande. Os quartos espaçosos, com varanda. Banheiro e ducha excelente. O staff atenciosíssimo , e educadíssimo . Já tive oportunidade de usar essa bandeira NH e tenho gostado muito. Pois além de serem bons a localização e sempre central. Recomendo.

Stayed at 6/F, the room smell bad all around the room, then find a big stain on the coffee cup, the shampoo bottle is empty, there was always banging noise from all around whole day and night. Only good things are the location, the bell boy helped the luggage well, parking is a bit expensive but still acceptable. Five stars!? No way!!!!

Davide provided amazing service! All the little extras! We missed breakfast the first day and he made a beautiful breakfast and coffee tray for us! At dinner Dario and Victoria made for such an enjoyable memorable night with great food fantastic service and plenty of laughs. Our stay here has been incredible! Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Milan! Not to mention it’s right behind the Duomo!

El hotel tiene una ubicación genial (muy cerca del duomo) en recepción son muy amables, a nosotros nos atendió Martina y nos dio buenísimas recomendaciones.El desayuno es muy bueno, aunque lo mejor es el personal, sin duda muy agradecidos con todos, pero especialmente con Carmen, Silmar, Davide y Hilda así como el gerente.Super recomendado.

Fancy hotel at a walking distance to Duomo. In general it looks good and fancy, rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, and there are nice balconies with a view.The reason i mark it 3 stars:- There was a lot of hair around the sink in bathroom, they should clean better (rest of the room was clean though) - Free wifi does not really exist, it’s extremely weak. - Walking from this hotel to Duomo is not a fun experience, exact location of hotel is not really desirable. There is an ugly construction area in front of the hotel

Service is lovely and staff is really friendly and accommodating. Me and my friend arrived earlier and we were not only allowed to leave our bags but to also check-in the room earlier what was really appreciated.However the bathroom was really dated. The door to the bathroom didnt close (not only didn't close on the lock which was completely ripped off the door, but there was a space in the door frame, what obviously made the stay quite uncomfortable). Plus the towel rack was also partially ripped off the wall. In the sink water didnt go away very well, shower looked dated too.The room itself was fine and beds very comfortable. At the same time the room wasnt very soundproof and a few times we could hear people talking in the other room.Location is very convenient.

Hotel is in a great location only a quick walking distance from the Duomo Common areas and the spacious rooms are very clean, nicely decorated and virtually inpristine condition. Staff is also very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

I could give a 0 rating if it was available.Stayed in the hotel for a week and i had a terrible experience ever.First i ordered for a burger that was delivered to me extremely burnt, made a complain and i was told i have to wait for the food and beverage manager to get back to me even after i showed them photos which he/she never did.Lets not talk about the poor housekeeping offered, my room was once not attended to during my stay and when i called the reception, their response was they cant get someone to clean it as it was already late but will change the towels for me.One needs to call the reception to have the toiletries and water replenished as they are not replenished by the housekeepers.My balcony was never cleaned during my whole stay and their housekeeping service simply means making the bed and wiping the floor; no dusting of tables or anything.No drainage in the bathroom.I once asked for an iron box to iron my shirt as i was attending a business meeting but was never delivered even after calling the reception twice. Shouldn't be rated as a 5 star hotel.The only good thing in the hotel was the breakfast and it's location.I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

Solemos alojarnos en los NH por su situación, sus habitaciones y ¡ sus desayunos! Todos tienen unos buffets muy completos, pero el de Milán, se lleva la palma. Todos los días, nos traían alguna sorpresa dulce para acompañar el desayuno. El personal del hotel es muy amable, pero el de la sala de desayunos merecen una mención especial. Calidad en el descanso, detalles a los huéspedes, buen gusto y situación hacen que el NH COLLECTION PRESIDENT sea la elección perfecta para visitar Milán.

Had a quick and wonderful stay. The location is awesome with great shopping, food, and the Duomo all within walking distance. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. I was in town only for a day and I honestly couldn’t find a fault! Thanks NH for a great day!

Perfecta ubicación en el centro de Milán cerca del Duomo. Personal muy atento y coloquial tanto en recepción como en servicio de desayuno. Desayuno buffet muy extenso y variado. Las habitaciones empiezan a necesitar una renovaciónpero todo está en perfecto estado.

This hotel is a lovely one! The customer service is amazing. We had to leave really early on one of the days therefore we wouldn't get breakfast however the hotel nicely packed breakfast for us to take on the go! Rooms are very nice looking! Worth the stars given

Habitaciones que no destacan en nada para tratarse de un hotel de 5 estrellas, muy normales. Están limpias y son amplias. La localización esta genial, al lado del centro y de ahí su precio elevado. Calidad/precio no es lo mejor que se puede encontrar en Milán, pero si quieres un buen hotel, cerca y no te importa pagarlo, no te rompas mas la cabeza. Este es tu hotel.

Es un hotel con muy buena ubicación, céntrico, todo el personalmuy amable, te sientes en todo momento tranquilo, seguro y bien atendido desde que estas entrando al hotel y en cada estancia por donde pasas. El factor humano es de 10, eso opaca cualquier defecto pequeño que pueda existir. Gracias a todo el personal.

¿Cinco estrellas? No caben en un espacio tan justado como el de la habitación y el cuarto de baño calculados para una persona. Del aparcamiento a la recepción, todo escaleras sin nadie que eche una mano con las maletas No diría que es un NH collection, lo dejaría en un NH más
