“It was our first time in Zaragoza and our first stay at an NH Collection hotel. The location is fantastic; close to many restaurants, shops and parks. Upon arriving, the staff was very accommodating and helpful in getting us situated to our rooms, which were clean and spacious. The breakfast had items I could eat based on dietary restrictions and again, the staff was attentive to my needs and requests. I spoke personally with the manager, and he was a kind man with excellent customer service. Thank you NH Collection Gran Hotel for a lovely visit and stay.”

“Céntrico y amplio. A escasos metros del Paseo de la Independencia, El Coso y la Basílica del Pilar! Por otra parte, y en respuesta al propietario, indicar que sería conveniente separar la ducha de la bañera para facilitar la accesibilidad a la misma. Entiendo que es opinable pero los baños en general son sitios para andar con cuidado y la unión de ducha 🚿 y 🛀 en el mismo lugar, a mi al menos no me va. Atentamente.”
