“We appreciate all that your staff did to make our function perfect! Your staff went above and beyond to make everyone comfortable.
We are not complaining about our room (although we moved three times), however, the plumbing in the bathroom needs to be redone. Sink didn't drain (and don't get me wrong); your staff moved us to the room nextdoor, Also, in the same room (204), if you look up at vent, it looks as if mold is oozing out of it, Not good,
Your check-in staff was excellent; both courteous and professional.
Your bartender, Derek, went above and beyond make our function perfect. The Catering Manager, Brandon, and Val were ever so helpful in making us so happy.
Again, we had an overall great experience with the exception to the room issues.”

“I must comment on your staff. Everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with was just so accommodating and helpful. They were always smiling and willing to help!!! So thank you for that customer service.
My room was very comfortable. The bathroom could use a little updating in the near future, but was accommodating enough.
Every staff member that did not work at the front desk that I may have passed in the hallway or outside ALWAYS said "good morning/hello" and was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay at your hotel.”
