“Beautiful hotel, we stayed in the Level Junior Suite which was fabulous. Comfortable bed and great facilities. Service was quite slow for a 5* hotel and several cocktails not included in the All Inclusive package which was disappointing. Breakfast - was delicious, great variety. Lunch - we ate at The Level pool bar, very nice and enough choice.
Dinner - great if you like fish / seafood. For those that prefer meat it was a bit repetative and often dishes ran out and not immediately replenished.
Desserts - fantastic choice and they look amazing.
Bar service - incredibly slow (just need more staff)
Views / beach - absolutely stunning.
The Level Pool area - pool was salt water and 1.65m deep so not ideal if you can't swim as you have to be tall to touch the bottom. Having said that, it was clean and well kept. The rule about not reserving sun loungers might as well not exists! If you want a decent spot and parasol (parasols are in demand and not enough to go round) you need to be up by 7.30/8am.
I loved the hotel and area (close to great bars/restaurants and shops) they just need to make a few tweaks. Very relaxing holiday in beautiful Lanzarote.”

“Marketed at 5* but clearly not.
The hotel, rooms and layout are impressive.
Very good gym but half restricted from guests use due to other classes being run.
Very quiet . No kids which is nice if that's what you are looking for.
Food average and becomes very repetitive. I've done other AI at lower ratings who are much better on quality and choice . The chefs don't cook things fresh to order such as omelette for breakfast.
The service by bar staff was generally poor with a few surly staff members . It was table service and often you would get your first drink promptly but then trying to get subsequent service was a nightmare. People were going to bar to try and get served but then sent back to tables to wait....but the service never came.
We had 11 days which was a nice quiet break but we didn't see this a value for money and won't be going back”
