“My daughter and I booked our first trip to Costa Rica and we were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness, kindness, professionalism and love we received. From the time we checked on at the first desk, to the bell hop bringing our bags to our room. We had a phenomenal breakfast experience. I need to shout out Veronica , Martha, Caleb and Antonio. Antonio made us laugh so hard, it shifted my whole mood. Then the GM Dennis came over to our table in the Executive Lounge to greet us. This is what I call phenomenal customer service. We will be back again.”

“I really liked the hotel. I was a little disappointed because I asked for a quiet room on a high floor, months in of my stay, and instead of giving me a quiet room they placed me on the ground floor between the lobby and the bar. It was not really very quiet. I don't know why they chose to do that, it could have been because I was spending points instead of paying cash. But, what's the point of having a point system if you penalize people who use them.
As I said the view is amazing. The hotel is right by the airport, so getting to the airport was super easy. They had a free shuttle. And the room itself was beautiful and comfortable.
In any case, everything about my experience, except for the noise, was pretty good. I really like the views. I really like the structure of the hotel. It was so pretty there. The people were pretty nice too. If they're giving me a quiet room, it would have been a five out of five.
All of that said, I would stay there again, if I were heading to Costa Rica. I would just be very very clear about my expectations before I arrive at the hotel.
