“O quarto era nojento - grandes manchas sujas no chão, coisas marrons não identificáveis no chão do banheiro, seções marrons caídas do teto e o quarto cheirava como se alguém tivesse fumado lá e eles tentaram encobri-lo com perfume pesado. Tenho fotos de todos os problemas, mas não consigo encontrar uma maneira de entrar em contato com o gerente do hotel para reclamar. Na verdade, fiquei com dor de cabeça por causa do mofo e do cheiro. O único ponto positivo foi o homem extremamente simpático no check-in. Até o café da manhã era lamentável e não era bom.”

Tengo fotos de todos los problemas, pero no puedo encontrar una manera de contactar al gerente del hotel para quejarme. De hecho, me dio dolor de cabeza por el moho y el olor. El único punto positivo fue el hombre extremadamente agradable en el Check-in. Incluso el desayuno era lamentable y no bueno.”
