“The place was decent but the service was atrocious. Don't waste your money, go to a place with nice people
My wife and I were working on the lobby on a project and a cleaning lady turned out the lights on us, and rudely said we need to leave.
I mean, we were right in the middle of working, computers and notepads out, and she turned the light out ! Who does that ?
I paid for this place, including the lobby, and that's how they treat their guests?”

“We stayed here bc we was going to a concert at Thompson Boling Arena. When we arrived...the electricity was out. We had to climb three flights of stairs when we check in to get to our room. Some may think that isn't a big deal but keep in mind...my 62 year old Aunt was with me & I have severe back problems! Got to the room started getting ready to head out to the concert & couldn't see to do makeup or hair, picked up the phone to contact the front desk to find out what taxi service was recommended...phone was out. The book they have in the room had a list of Taxi services so I start calling from my cell. First three numbers were disconnected & not in service. We did end up contacting one of the other taxi services but you would think that the hotel would update the information in their hand guide. By the time we got in from the concert the Electricity was on...Thank God!”
