We stayed here for one night and have 4 charges on our Amex bill from Coral Gables. We booked and paid in full through Expedia so there should not have been a charge from the hotel outside of parking, instead we have 4 or varying amounts. We called the hotel to fix and they would not assist us and sent us to a voicemail bill department we waited on hold for over and hour and was never able to speak with anyone called the hotel back and they forwarded us to the same phone line. Some help would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunate as we usually love Lowes Hotels.

Alessandro and Marco at the Americana Bar are the best bartenders ever!!! This place is the best thing that happened to Coral Gables. The hotel is brand new and sparkling clean. The bar seats are comfortable and they have an excellent selection of unique cocktails and a great wine list. The food was also quite impressive. If you want a cocktail not on the menu, also not a problem at all, Alessandro can whip up anything you're craving. His worldwide experience makes him my favorite bartender in Miami. If you can dream it, you can drink it! I will definitely become a regular at this place. Alessandro e Marco no Americana Bar são os melhores bartenders de todos os tempos! Este lugar é a melhor coisa que aconteceu a Coral Gables. O hotel é novo e limpo. Best decision we could’ve made was staying at this hotel! My wife and I got married on Nov. 10th, 2022 and when we arrived at the hotel after the wedding, Mike Franquiz and his whole team was ready for us. Everyone we met during our stay was more than helpful and a joy to talk to! I wish we had gotten everyone’s name because everyone was amazing, but just to name a few, there’s the front desk with Benni, Kake, Darian as well as Laurea, Dejan, Angel, and John. They were all fantastic, along with everyone else we met. The rooms were fabulous and comfortable, the food and drinks was some of the best we’ve ever had (that includes the restaurants, the coffee shop, the pool bar) and the hotel was luxurious, clean, and beautiful. Mike, once again, thanks again for the best start we could’ve had to our honeymoon. We can’t wait to come back!! A melhor decisão que poderíamos tomar foi ficar neste hotel! Delicious cocktails where professionally served by Daniela with a smile that made our experience even more enjoyable. Uma adição incrível para a cidade de coral gables.
