“Really cute hotel with nice amenities but I will NEVER stay here again. I set the A/C to 65 degrees to sleep and woke up miserably hot each night. There is no way this room ever got below 72 … it’s snowing outside and I would have killed to open a window. The pillows are also hideous standard issue hotel deflating pillows so each morning, I woke up up sweaty and feeling like I have been in a car accident. I asked for foam pillows and was only given one that also deflated only slightly less than the awful faux down ones. Minor, but there’s no mini fridge in the room either which is a negative for me when I travel. It’s a shame because otherwise, this would have been a really nice place to stay.”

“I went to the bar and the food was great. BUT, I asked for a glass of red wine. They told me they were out of red by the glass. I asked “Do you have any red, none?” The response was “Only by the bottle.” So they had red wine but REFUSED to substitute another red for the ones they were out. I’ve never been to a restaurant that refused to give you a red wine by the glass. Not good policy on their part.”
