“The staff is really what made us feel really great ans Special. Super... This was one of a Kind Treatment, even for a 5 star Hotel.. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpfull with any question and request we had. I was very impressed The shower could have been cleaner for a 5 star hotel, the tap was not shiny and the shower cabinet was not as clean as I would expect it from a 5 star hotel. In a 3 star I would not mention this.”

“The "free internet" in the lobby provided is so slow or doesnt work so often, that it is a joke to claim that it is there. I have complained, but they will not fix it. Funny, the paid access in the room at 14 Euro per day does seem to work-- This raises the price of the room significantly and is one reason I probably will not return. Open space, location. The Spa does not provide services advertised - as a client I am not going to book a massage 2 weeks in advance, as was there suggestion, as they cannot find time for their own hotel guests on the weekend.”
