Instalações muito boas, modernas tudo muito bem pensado para o conforto dos clientes, sem dúvida uma excelente opção para Milão muito perto da Estação Central e daí para todo o lado, comboio autocarro elétrico e metro. A pé da estação são 5 minutos, há que tomar atenção pois de dia o Hotel não é muito visível pois as árvores escondem e a sua cor preta não ajuda. Tem em volta imensos restaurantes além do do próprio Hotel. Excelente pequeno almoço Recepção e todo o pessoal a funcionar na perfeição

There are quite a few hotels within the walking distance to the Milan Central Station but I think this meets the best price value and comfort level.The only challenge from this hotel is the staircase which goes to the check-in area, besides that everything else was smooth. Staffs were very helpful in providing directions and local recommendations.My room wasn't ready due to my super early arrival (as anticipated) but they insist the room they had for me was one of their best and they did not lie. I decided to store my luggage and went on a half day tour to Lake Como while my room was getting ready. When I finally returned into my room, I was impressed with how modern it is and how clean it was.The room itself also have an in-room hammam!It was perfect for my two nights stay as I get to enjoy the room while exploring the town.Italy was very hot during my stay so AC is a must-have for me.I understand that the room AC was set by front desk so I call gets to fix my AC to the temp desired.Breakfast was delicious.Choose between American and Italian breakfast (Savory vs Sweet).It is a hotel that I would definitely stay again when coming to Milano.

I stayed here twice and both times the staff were absolutely excellent and amazing. They really go above and beyond at this hotel! They have free water in the fridge and at the front desk if you need it (both still and sparkling). As well, the rooms have a rain shower head and heated towel racks. All rooms seem to have windows with darkening shades that make the room black as night. Everything is incredibly clean and well kept. The hotel is also fairly central so easy to get around the city. Additionally, there is a roof top bar though I didn’t have a chance to go! The front desk also provide great suggestions about where to eat and even where to get COVID tests. I’m normally an Airbnb girl but this hotel is worth the price based on the service, staff, and cleanliness!

Amazing hotel! This was my second time in Milan and I wanted to stay close to centrale so this was the perfect hotel. I arrived super early, dropped off my bags, went to explore, and then relaxed in my hotel for a few hours. The room is nice and modern and the bathroom is large and beautiful. I did notice my sheets were not replaced from the previous guest as there was noticeable hair, so I called the front desk and they quickly remade my room and offered me a free drink at the rooftop bar. The rooftop is really nice to hang out at night as you have views of the city and the drinks are a reasonable price. I would definitely come back to this hotel as the location is very convenient, close to centrale and the metro station, and is in a not so busy area.

Não fiquei, mas aproveitei o terraço do 13º andar para dar um aperitivo de alto nível à minha namorada por ocasião do seu aniversário. O que dizer: totalmente satisfeito em todos os aspectos. Desde o início, a recepção na recepção foi agradável com duas trocas, quando chegamos ao terraço que Rebecca tinha reservado para nós, acho, o lugar mais lindo que se poderia pedir e com uma vista digna de uma estrutura chamada Hyatt. Mais uma vez graças à Rebecca e à excelente comunicação, apenas navegámos no menu para escolher a bebida. Já havíamos nos comunicado com ela para escolher o que comer e isso fez com que pudéssemos aproveitar ainda mais o momento na esplanada. Obrigado também a todos os funcionários da F&B pela excelente recepção e serviço prestado. Definitivamente vou voltar.

This location is convenient that close to train and metro. Food surrounded that is so easy to feed yourself. There is a Japanese restaurant that is so delicious and good deal. The room is new, neat and modern. Staff is friend. And food is good. I forgot to take photo.

Visited only for the Sunday brunch. Let's just say you need to visit with an empty stomach, because it's a lot of food. For 48 eur per person you get your own starter plate, 2 main dishes and a dessert place, plus a beverage. While I can say most of the food was tasty, there were some things, especially the desserts, that could have been better, considering what you are paying for. The views on top overlooking Milan are great. It's definitely a fun experience. Recommend reservations.

Modern hotel close to the station with a nice rooftop and view (cocktails are between 12 to 18 euros). On Thursday night there was a DJ playing music. Staff was nice. Breakfast was not so good just stick to coffee, tea and fruits.

Solo voy a hablar del bar del hotel, super bien ambientado, con lujosas instalaciones en murano, Una barra muy comp’eta, super bien atendida! Ideal para ir a estar comodos, tomar ukos tragos y disfrutar de las tapitas que te ofrecen. Un lugar calmo, calentito y sofisticado, perfecto para repararse del frio de MIlano en invierno!!! Espectacular, un 4 estrellas que vale por 5. El spa vale la pena, camas cómodas. Precio calidad dentro de la norma al saber que venís a un muy buen hotel. Lo único malo es que el estacionamiento del hotel cuesta 30€... Una barbaridad. Después el desayuno también, no está incluido y para poder tenerlo, cuesta 18€, también un poco exagerado... Pero bueno, sabes que venís a un hotel a todo lujo. Volvería a un día de relax

Cerca de la estación central de Milán. Habitaciones modernas pero el servicio de habitaciones muy deficiente. Estuve 3 noches y vi que no cambian las sábanas salvo que pongas un cartel que hay allí encima de la almohada. Pedí que las cambiaran a la tercera noche y no lo hicieron. Aparte, el último día, vi que tenía en un cajón de la entrada un kit de costura y una caja con esponja para limpiar los zapatos. Ambos estaban vacías. Evidentemente, podría haber bajado a recepción y decirlo, pero ya era tarde. En cuanto al check out... Ni una pregunta de cómo había ido todo. Solamente se preocuparon de pedir el cobro de la tasa turística de Milán y para de contar. Hay opciones mejores por este precio en el centro de Milán.

El hotel es muy bonito! Está cerquita del centro andando, de zonas de restaurantes, pastelerías, comercios... En cuanto al servicio, eran poco simpáticos. Tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo para poder entrar al hotel, estuvimos esperando en el hall y nadie nos avisó de que ya estaban las habitaciones listas (sabiendo que estábamos esperando su confirmación para poder subir). Por lo demás todo muy bien. Las habitaciones son amplias al igual que el baño. Lo único peor son las vistas, que no son muy bonitas. Las ventanas de la habitación son inmensas! Nos dejaron un detalle de bienvenida. La terraza era muy bonita, pero como era invierno no había bar y de noche estaba totalmente a oscuras.

El hotel es una maravilla, céntrico, cómodo, limpio y muy muy moderno. La terraza en la cubierta es una pasada, con unas vistas preciosas y una decoración a la última. No te acerques al borde si tienes vértigo pues pasarás un mal rato, si no, disfrutarás de un rato inolvidable. Las habitaciones como podéis ver en las fotos que he publicado son espectaculares. Como tip, deciros que si tenéis mucho calor o frío en la habitación, éstas, están fijadas a una temperatura determinada y sólo podréis subirla o bajarla 2º, para mayores cambios, deberéis solicitarlo en recepción. Volveré, sin duda!!
