“Sometimes we start thinking a hotel is a hotel, then you meet someone like Ash (manager) that makes it an experience. Ash went above and beyond any and all expectations to make sure I was comfortable and fed, yes as in food. The hotel is clean quiet with easy access to and from I-57. The rooms are large and comfortable, complete with a large TV and fridge. I highly recommend this hotel, very professional friendly staff. I will be returning soon.”

“The hotel is decent overall. Top sheets had stains in them but I tossed them to the side. I personally bought my own wipes sand bleach and sanitizing spray and upon wiping everything down, there was no dirt surprisingly. Everything was fine until checkout time the morning of 8/11/20. The young lady behind the counter was very rude to the individuals waiting to check out. I seemed as if she was overwhelmed or irritated. People had questions and she just kept yelling if your checking out just put your cards in the box and leave in a real mean tone. That was not appreciated and I think customers deserve more respect than that.”
