“The facility is nice as we're most of the staff. There's no room service, 3 of the 6 elevators were broken. The escalator broke(but it was fixed within an hour) They filled in the hot tub with cement after the remodel and removed the microwaves from the rooms (why?) They're still advertising an airport shuttle which no longer exists. Great food choices and a Whole Foods within waking distance It felt like they were not prepared for the size of our group. They were understaffed in the bar all weekend. Nice but overpriced”
