“I can't wait to come back! Hyatt thought of every detail. The kitchen appliances are nicer than what I have in my house. Every single employee excels in customer service. The bartender was excellent concidering she was by herself.”

“Shame on the Hyatt Residence Club Siesta Key! Friend of mine recently stayed there and told us that the beach was not usable due to the RED TIDE at the beach. He said the fish kill smell is so bad it causes you to cough instantly. We have a end of summer family trip planned at the same hotel. I called front desk to see if what my friend was saying was true and the receptionist (Ayden) told me it was true. I was out of my cancellation window and told her that my kids are young (4 & 6) and that they have light breathing issues. That the red tide would be dangerous to their health and asked if I can get resort credit for a future stay. Not only did she say NO, she was flat out RUDE about it. Telling me I can basically stay in my room and still enjoy my stay. Shame on this hotel and the GM (Jessica) who called me after to confirm they will not issue credit. All they care about is MONEY and not the health of their guest. Not like this was our fault. But can you imagine the people who fly in and are unaware! This hotel should have the decency to call and warn their guest that the beach and pool is essentially unusable. Shame on this hotel and this staff.”
