“We have stayed in the hotel for three nights. Room was OK and clean. I was surprised to see that no recycling bins and drinking fountain available in the hotel. It should be not difficult to provide one instead of giving plastic water bottles to customers. When I suggested to the manager she got angry and suggested me taking the bottles. I believe that any hotels specifically in California should comply with recycling and less usage of plastic. There are many other things contributed to my low scoring such as in week days coffee was not available in the lobby. There is a pool but not clean sitting available around the pool. Always long line to talk with reception.”
