“Stayed here for 2 nights. Highly recommend this Hotel! The beds were the most comfortable bed I ever slept in! The Staffs were very HELPFUL and FRIENDLY. It’s the BEST customer service I’ve ever had. We will definitely come back. Our room is on the 16th floor, it is a very comfy environment and got a great city view!”

“Christie Robertson was extremely rude, unruly, uncouth, had absolutely no manners. People like her should not be at the front desk of a major hotel in a city center. My interaction with her involved a simple change to scheduling but turned out to be extremely jarring and if I didn't have a choice, I would have moved out of that hotel and found a different place because she was that toxic. Have better staff that won't ruin your customer experience. I would also relay this information to the corporate headquarters as well”
