Very nice hotel. Front desk was friendly and professional. Location was great also. Room was very clean and modern, along with being spacious. Price was reasonable.

Não foi oferecido um quarto com vista para o rio, mesmo quando perguntado se havia um disponível. Depois de tomar banho no quarto 323, 3º andar, notei uma boa quantidade de mofo preto no teto e o chuveiro na parede foi lido para cair. No entanto, estávamos lá para um serviço de despertar, então não queria reclamar e ter que mudar para outro quarto e fazer o pessoal ter que higienizar outro quarto. Então, na manhã seguinte, desço para desfrutar do café da manhã. Má ideia, insípido e seco sobre o pequeno-almoço cozinhado. Ido para Hampton deli para um grande bacon ovo um queijo. O restaurante ao lado Jerry e as sereias é ok, mas para um lugar de frutos do mar o camarão frito era terrível, mas todos os outros estavam satisfeitos com a comida do restaurante. Muitos outros lugares para comer a 2 minutos a pé

Was not offered A river view room even when asked if one was available.Apon showering in room 323 3rd floor I noticed a good amount of black mold on the ceiling plus the shower head into the wall was read to fall off . However we were there for a wake service so didn't want to complain and have to move to another room and make staff have to sanitize another room .then the next morning I go down to enjoy breakfast.Bad idea tasteless and dry over cooked breakfast.Went to Hampton deli for a great bacon egg an cheese . The restaurant next door Jerry an the mermaids is ok but for a seafood place the fried shrimp was terrible but everyone else was happy with the restaurant food . Lots of other places to eat within 2 min walk

Evite este hotel se quiser realmente dormir. É tão barulhento quanto um dormitório de faculdade à noite e a equipe não faz nada a respeito. Ficamos duas noites, mudamos de quarto uma vez e ainda não conseguíamos dormir de 1 a 4 da manhã por causa de convidados bêbados nos corredores e quartos. As paredes são muito finas, o café da manhã não é comestível, mas a localização é muito boa, então você pode caminhar até a comida.

Avoid this hotel if you want to actually sleep. It’s as loud as a college dorm at night and the staff doesn’t do anything about it. We stayed two nights, moved rooms once and still couldn’t sleep 1-4am because of drunk wedding guests in the halls and rooms. Walls are very thin, breakfast is inedible but the location is pretty good so you can walk to food.

Minha família e eu tentamos visitar este hotel pelo menos uma vez por ano. É sempre e quero dizer sempre uma experiência agradável. Todos os funcionários são simpáticos e profissionais. Eu preciso apontar os gerentes Steven e Katarina como sendo excepcionalmente profissionais, corteses e prestativos. Eles se esforçam para ser o mais prestativos possível. Eu absolutamente recomendo este hotel para quem quer ficar na área. O hotel fica literalmente ao lado do aquário de Long Island. Fica na água e perto de tudo o que East End tem a oferecer.

My family and I try to visit this hotel at least once a year. It is always and I mean always a pleasant experience. All the staff are friendly willing to help and professional. I need to point out the managers Steven and Katarina As being exceptionally professional courteous and helpful. They go out of their way to be as helpful as possible. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the area. The hotel is literally right next to the Long Island aquarium. It is on the water And close to all that the East End has to offer.

I have stayed at this comfortable hotel several times in the past few years - always in the summer - and have always been pleased with the accommodations, the amenities, and the quality of service. The hotel’s strategic location affords easy access to both North and South Forks of Long Island, making it a great launching point for your day trips if you are out there exploring the wine country. They have access to the marina where you can rent a canoe or a kayak for yourself or the whole family and make that the highlight of your day. Afterwards, you can reward yourself with a cocktail and some live music at their open air restaurant.

Passamos a noite aqui depois do nosso casamento no aquário ... adoramos. O local era muito limpo, e a equipe foi muito simpática e amigável. Eles oferecem um café da manhã continental e estacionamento do outro lado da rua em um estacionamento fechado. Os quartos com vista frontal para o mar são bons.

Não posso dizer coisas boas o suficiente sobre este hotel. A atração começa no lobby até o quarto lindamente decorado que recebemos. A equipe que nos registrou para o senhor que veio substituir um controle remoto para a nossa TV. Absolutamente gostei da nossa estadia nós definitivamente voltaremos nossa pequena viagem para o aquário se transformou em um par de dias realmente divertido no hotel. Obrigado a todos os funcionários por serem tão maravilhosos, tão gentis e tão amigáveis que todos foram fantásticos. O senhor que serve o café da manhã tem uma energia tão maravilhosa e é tão educado e simpático com qualquer um de nós! Obrigado a todos!

We spent the night here after our aquarium wedding... we loved it. The place was very clean, and staff was very nice and friendly. They offer a continental breakfast and parking across the street in a gated lot. Water front view rooms are nice.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The attraction starts in the lobby all the way up to the beautifully decorated room that we got. The staff who checked us in to the gentleman who came to replace a remote control for our TV. Absolutely enjoyed our stay we'll definitely be coming back our little trip to the aquarium turned into a really fun couple of days at the hotel. Thank you to all of the staff for being so wonderful so kind and so friendly everyone was fantastic. The gentleman that serves the breakfast in the morning has such a wonderful energy and is so polite and nice to any of everybody! Thank you all!
