The location of the hotel is in a very nice area close to a mall and with easy access to the highway to travel to Oakland and San Francisco. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable, and the breakfast (you need to sign up for their reward system for it to be free) was the best continental breakfast I've had. My only complaint is that it wasn't very friendly for people with allergies to feathers. They only had an additional very thin cotton blanket meant for use on the couch in the room, where most hotels will provide a real alternative to a comforter. When asked, they said this was the only alternative. However, synthethic pillows were available and we're not lumpy. Overall, I would definitely stay there again for the convenient location and clean, comfortable rooms, but it may be wise to bring additional blankets if you are allergic to down bedding.

Eu não posso dar a este hotel mais de 3 estrelas. Embora esteja decentemente localizado perto da ponte para São Francisco, tenha um shopping bem próximo a ela e restaurantes / bares a uma curta distância, a área não parece segura. Todas as noites e todas as manhãs (ficamos por 4 noites) havia pessoas com aparência modesta do lado de fora. Depois de um tempo, ficou mais óbvio que as pessoas estavam vendendo drogas na porta do hotel. Houve até um carro de polícia e um carro de segurança patrulhando uma noite, mas eles não ficaram por muito tempo. Todo o hotel cheira a maconha. Outra desvantagem foi o café da manhã que eles estão servindo atualmente é uma piada absoluta, estávamos esperando café da manhã quente e fomos deixados para comer ovos cozidos e pequenas caixas de cereais. Pessoas festejando em todos os outros quartos e, no geral, muitos adolescentes incompletos entrando e saindo do hotel. No lado positivo, eles têm muito espaço de estacionamento a um preço razoável, o quarto é muito bom, espaçoso e limpo, funcionando AC no quarto, uma TV muito boa (com canais) e os elevadores funcionam muito rápido. O atendimento ao cliente precisa de melhorias.

I can't give this hotel more than 3 stars. Although it is decently located near the bridge to San Francisco, has a mall right next to it, and restaurants/bars within walking distance, the area does not seem safe. Every single night and every single morning (we stayed for 4 nights) there were sketchy-looking people outside. After a while, it became more obvious that people were selling drugs right outside of the hotel. There was even a cop car and security-car patrolling on one night, but they did not stay for long. The entire hotel reeks of marijuana. Another let-down was the breakfast that they are currently serving is an absolute joke, we were expecting hot breakfast and we were left to eat hard boiled eggs and small cereal boxes. People partying in every other room, and just overall, too many sketchy teenagers walking in and out of this hotel. On the upside, they have plenty of parking at a reasonable price, the room is very good, spacious and clean, working AC in the room, a very nice TV (with channels), and the elevators work very fast. Customer service needs improvement.

Minha família e eu caímos aqui em nossa viagem de cross country. Estacionamento de fácil acesso com estacionamento adicional do outro lado da rua. Estacionamento acessível a cadeiras de rodas e entradas. A equipe da recepção foi acolhedora e amigável, e muito flexível para o nosso grupo maior. Vista fantástica, quartos arrumados e limpos. Bem abastecido com toalhas e lençóis extras. Camas confortáveis, muitos travesseiros. Eu mencionei a vista? Café da manhã grátis na parte da manhã. Hospedado aqui gratuitamente graças ao hotels.com. definitivamente recomendaria ficar aqui.

Limpo, dedicado ao distanciamento social e maravilhosamente climatizado. Equipe amável e acolhedora e vistas decentes, mesmo no lado das colinas do edifício. Gosto de ver os trens passando, então tem sido divertido para mim.

Clean, dedicated to social distancing, and blissfully air conditioned. Kind, welcoming staff & decent views even on the hills side of the building. I like watching trains rumble by, so this has been fun for me.

Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, and very accommodating of our larger group. Fantastic view, neat and clean rooms. Stocked well with towels and extra linens. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows. Did I mention the view? Free grab bag breakfast in the morning. Stayed here for free thanks to Hotels.com. definitely would recommend staying here.

Zona no muy segura. Cama y hab muy limpiar y último diseño. Baño completo. Desayuno algo desastroso de buffet. Zona comercial de una calle. El resto algo peligroso. Es un polígono. Personal agradable

Hotel confortable, ubicado en una zona muy agradable, en una zona comercial, derestaurantes y un centro comercial; el Bart p ir a San Francisco no está tan lejos.Las habitaciones muy amplias y la limpieza correcta. El personal super amable, aunque cumplen varias funciones. Lo único que mejoraría es la variedad del desayuno (no tienen quesos, ni fiambres, ni bollos o galletitas y casi no existen opciones p diabéticos) y el desayunador resulta pequeño cuando el hotel tiene muchos pasajeros. Volvería con gusto

Localizado al lado de un centro comercial tipo "strip" donde el acceso a las tiendas es al aire libre. Emeryville es un buen lugar y no tan caro. Queda cerca de una estación del BART lo que lo hace una manera fácil de llegar a San Francisco. El hotel en sí es bastante nuevo, el personal muy buena gente. Siempre se ve limpio. Las habitaciones son amplias, todas incluyen una pequeña sala y el sofá se convierte en cama. Incluye desayuno en la mañana.
