“Good evening, I spent my Labor Day Weekend at your Hyatt Hotel Cincinnati Northeast and it has been the worst vacation experience ever.This was set for a family trip that I began planning in June 2021.My experience with the hotel staff for booking was less than satisfactory because of the turnover rate at the hotel.I was very understanding due to the pandemic but continued request responses.We booked over 15 rooms at your location.The day of arriva several family members experienced issues with checkin due to the reservations being moved around incorrectly.The second horrible experience occurred the night of September 3, 2021.I woke up on Saturday, September 4 to a bed bug on my bed sheet.I also woke up to bite marks on my arms that became extremely inflamed throughout the course of my stay.I am attaching videos of the bed bug crawling and pictures of my arm to this email.I spoke with Becky at the front desk and she moved myself, my 81 year old mother, and my 16 year old daughter to another room that was handicap king.I explained to Becky that due to my being expecting a child and my mother being elderly the bed was too low in the room.Also, three people would not be able to sleep in a king room.Also, there was not any mention at that time of me being compensated for having bed bugs in my room.Becky advised she did not have any available double beds but would give me two king rooms, I agreed.I was initially in room 507 and moved to 512 and then moved to a split of 516 and 417.While transitioning rooms my mother tripped in the hallway because of the lack of care given to all the carpets.The carpets smell of smoke and also have places where they have hills and gatherings.At midnight I left 516 with my mom and went to 417 and was met with my next horrible experience.I am attaching pictures to this email as well of the room.The bed linen had blood stains and doritos.The mattress has old bug blood stains, there were ants in the bed and bug shells.I will not even begin on the filth in the washrooms, where we couldn't shower.I went to the front desk and was told by Tre that he was new and did not know where fresh linen is located or he did not know what to do about the bugs.I am 25 weeks pregnant and slept sitting straight up on the couch in another room.I was then changed to 422 by Becky on Sunday morning and advised I would be compensated for the charge of the room.This has been the ultimate worst experience ever.I am still medicating my bed bugs and trying to relieve my swollen feet.There must be better care taken for your property because this is definitely unsatisfactory.”

“Boa noite, Passei meu fim de semana do Dia do Trabalho no seu Hyatt Hotel Cincinnati Nordeste e tem sido a pior experiência de férias de todos os tempos. Isso foi definido para uma viagem em família que comecei a planejar em junho de 2021. Minha experiência com a equipe do hotel para fazer reservas foi menos do que satisfatória por causa da taxa de rotatividade do hotel. Fui muito compreensivo devido à pandemia, mas continuei solicitando respostas. Reservamos mais de 15 quartos em sua localização. No dia da chegada, vários membros da família tiveram problemas com o check-in devido à movimentação incorreta das reservas. A segunda experiência horrível ocorreu na noite de 3 de setembro de 2021. Acordei no sábado, 4 de setembro, com um percevejo em meu lençol. Também acordei com marcas de mordidas nos braços que ficaram extremamente inflamadas durante a minha estadia. Estou anexando vídeos do rastreamento de percevejos e fotos do meu braço a este e-mail. Falei com Becky na recepção e ela se mudou, minha mãe de 81 anos e minha filha de 16 anos para outro quarto que era o rei dos deficientes. Além disso, não houve qualquer menção naquele momento de eu ser compensado por ter percevejos no meu quarto. Becky avisou que não tinha camas de casal disponíveis, mas que me daria dois quartos king, concordei. Eu estava inicialmente na sala 507 e mudei para 512 e depois mudei para uma divisão de 516 e 417. Não vou nem começar na sujeira dos banheiros, onde não podíamos tomar banho. Fui à recepção e fui informado por Tre que ele era novo e não sabia onde havia roupas limpas ou que não sabia o que fazer com os insetos. Estou grávida de 25 semanas e dormi sentado no sofá em outro quarto. Fui então alterado para 422 por Becky na manhã de domingo e informado de que seria compensado pelo custo do quarto. Esta foi a pior experiência de todos os tempos. Ainda estou medicando meus percevejos e tentando aliviar meus pés inchados.
