“This would have been a great hotel, but the Self Parking offerings was very poor. If anything very deceptive and a misrepresentation of what was being offered. “Room was pretty good. Front desk agent and bartender service left alot to be desired. We were here two years ago and enjoyed the best hotel breakfast we've ever had! However this time, I guess due to Covid, the breakfast was horrendous. Had to unwrap a stale bagel and eat without a toaster. Cereal choices were for children only. Filled with sugar. You can try harder Hyatt. We're paying a fortune to stay here. Never again.”
