“5+ stars... Beautiful hotel, Exceptional guest services. The lady (Virginia) at the front desk was very helpful in every way. She was kind, patient and go above and beyond for the hotel guests. The lobby was very clean and the room was very clean as well. Hotel facilities were clean. Great breakfast choices.. Cute little "bar/restaurant " with selection of wines and beer..”

“I am a frequent visitor of canton Ohio and have stayed at quite a few of the hotels and would NOT stay at this one again. My comforter had dried blood on it and when I requested a new one the lady at the front desk would not get us a new one because she claimed all the comforters in the hotel were dirty…. I was given a thin sheet to use instead and she would not take the bloody comforter out of our room. The male who works at the front desk the next day was very helpful and got us new bedding but house keeping could not even make the bed they just left it on the floor and I was told to pick up the sheets at the front desk rather than them being delivered to room which all hotels do. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and I would recommend any other hotel besides the Hyatt.”
