“Horrible place I will never go to.. the agent/staff are nice, but the building and the entire facilities are simply so shockingly outdated.. Not only that, they gave me dirty towels multiple times even when I requested new ones. I took some photos of them; they were motley with all these beards cut from someone and blonde hairs which I do not have at all.. some guests don’t even wear masks or they have it under their chin (...) and don’t get warned by the staff. No wonder delta virus is sweeping the land all over with such people. I got seriously horrified. Even motels in my country are not like this and I wonder how they can label this facility as a “hotel,” and esp. Hyatt. Also for the price that costs more than $130 per night, they need to do it better. It is a hostel or motel to better reflect the quality and level of the facilities there.. Holiday inn or Ramada Day Inn would do better than this. Shocked and shocked and shocked..”
