Situated in the heart of Old Town the Caribbean-style Hyatt Centric s set around an open-air piazza. The four-floor resort recently completed a multimillion-dollar renovation has 118 spacious rooms all with tiled-entry foyers ceiling fans and private balconies not to mention mini-fridges free Wi-Fi iHome stereos flat-panel TVs with premium cable and plush signature beds with pillowtop mattresses and cotton-rich sheets. Some rooms offer partial gulf views. Outdoor fun abounds: swimming in the free-form pool soaking in the hot tub lounging on the sun deck or hitting the beach. The resort also has a luxury day spa a poolside bar and cabanas and a seafood restaurant with waterfront dining. Self- and valet parking are both available for an extra charge. The Hyatt Centric is right on Front Street in Old Town about two blocks south of Mallory Square and Sunset Pier. Duval Street is about one-and-a-half blocks east. If you're driving from Key West International Airport the hotel is four miles west.
