“Very nice hotel, excellent place, some 100 metres the royal castle from. Thus entire old town is in a walking distance. Hotel itself, situated in Branicky palace, has very nice interiors. The main advantage of the hotel is very capable and friendly staff. Highly reccomended! We had a great stay there.”

“I had such high hopes for this new hotel and was thrilled it was open during my recent visit to Warsaw. But unfortunately it did not meet my expectations for a newly opened luxury collection. Although the hotel itself is gorgeous, the rooms don't meet the same standard. I used a suit night upgrade, but found their suits to be comical as they are just oversized studio suits. One of the options they showed me didn't even have a couch, just a table with two chairs. Not sure if their budget ran out or if they simply opened before all the furniture was delivered. They are certainly trying to appear over the top, but the experience didn't equal the expectations. Hopefully this is just growing pains and they can finish the construction, before they start charging the rates they're charges for a lackluster experience. I will note the beds were extremely comfortable.”
