“Good Hotel, Good location but the staff were not really professional”

“We just having Christmas dinner, there is a menu with the meat completely burnt. I have asked to change it and they only have ignored me and now the have serve me the dessert. Hungry and without dinner .Poor quality , poor service . It is a place to do not return back or organize anything. Their answer , everyone was equal. Results we have paid to have a dinner and I have not dinner. Back home looking for a mc Donald’s . Great deal for a supposed 5 stars hotel.”
