We had a party of 3 who stayed in room 109 which is a first floor room. First the good. This is a renovation of an older building into a hotel in downtown Florence. The decor is nice and the room was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room had a sitting room with a couch and separate TV. This room has two queen sized beds that were comfortable and a closet. The floors are hardwood. Now for the not so good. The hotel knew we had 3 guests but only put 2 glasses and 2 coffee cups in the room. There is no sound barrier between the room upstairs and our downstairs room. We could hear every movement the people above us made and their bed squeaked. There was also an intermittent noise from 10 to about 11 that sounds lie we were next to some type of machinery but it ended after we spoke to the front desk. The main complaint has to do with the lighting. The room has has very tall ceilings and there is a window at the top. That window only has wooden shutters that were closed. When we first went to bed it was dark but then an outside security light came on and illuminated the room all night. When the sun came up the room lit up even more. Of course when the people above us woke up, their noise woked us up too. This is one of the most upscale and expensive hotels in Florence and i expected more from a Hilton. Tivemos uma festa de 3 pessoas que ficaram no quarto 109, que é um quarto no primeiro andar. Primeiro o bom. Esta é uma renovação de um edifício antigo em um hotel no centro de Florença. A decoração é agradável e o quarto era limpo. A equipe foi muito agradável e útil. O quarto possui uma sala de estar com sofá e TV separada. Este quarto tem duas camas queen size confortáveis e um armário. Os pisos são de madeira. Agora para o não tão bom. O hotel sabia que tínhamos 3 hóspedes, mas colocou apenas 2 copos e 2 xícaras de café no quarto. Não há barreira de som entre o quarto no andar de cima e o nosso quarto no andar de baixo. Podíamos ouvir todos os movimentos que as pessoas acima de nós faziam e a cama rangeu. Houve também um ruído intermitente de 10 a cerca de 11 que parece mentira, estávamos ao lado de algum tipo de maquinário, mas acabou depois que falamos com a recepção. A principal reclamação tem a ver com a iluminação. A sala tem tetos muito altos e há uma janela no topo. Essa janela só tem persianas de madeira que foram fechadas. Quando fomos para a cama pela primeira vez, estava escuro, mas uma luz de segurança externa acendeu e iluminou o quarto a noite toda. Quando o sol nasceu, a sala se iluminou ainda mais. É claro que quando as pessoas acima de nós acordaram, o barulho deles também nos acordou. Este é um dos hotéis mais sofisticados e caros de Florença e eu esperava mais de um Hilton.

Tuvimos un grupo de 3 que se quedaron en la habitación 109, que es una habitación en el primer piso. Primero lo bueno. Esta es una renovación de un edificio antiguo en un hotel en el centro de Florencia. La decoración es agradable y la habitación estaba limpia. El personal era muy agradable y colaborador. La habitación tenía una sala de estar con un sofá y una televisión separada. Esta habitación tiene dos camas tamaño queen que eran cómodas y un armario. Los pisos son de madera. Ahora para lo no tan bueno. El hotel sabía que teníamos 3 invitados, pero solo pusieron 2 vasos y 2 tazas de café en la habitación. No hay barrera de sonido entre la habitación de arriba y nuestra habitación de abajo. Podíamos escuchar cada movimiento que hacían las personas de arriba y su cama chirriaba. También hubo un ruido intermitente de 10 a aproximadamente 11 que suena mentira que estábamos al lado de algún tipo de maquinaria, pero terminó después de que hablamos con la recepción. La queja principal tiene que ver con la iluminación. La habitación tiene techos muy altos y hay una ventana en la parte superior. Esa ventana solo tiene persianas de madera que estaban cerradas. Eu fiquei aqui várias vezes antes de se tornar um Hilton, e já se passaram quase seis anos desde a última vez que ficamos aqui! A propriedade ainda era muito boa, mas o serviço estava começando a faltar. Estou muito feliz em ver uma propriedade tão boa sendo administrada adequadamente pela marca Hilton.

A great hotel for an overnight or extended stay.The onsite restaurant, Vic's, is excellent; good food and nice wine selection.This is an old building that is nicely finished and has just the right amount of modern amenities while maintaining the historic feel.The rooms are nicely furnished, comfortable and quiet.A great location to allow for before or after dinner strolls in the up and coming downtown area of Florence.Several choices for quality dining within walking distance outside the hotel as well. Um ótimo hotel para uma noite ou estadia prolongada. O restaurante no local, Vic's, é excelente; boa comida e boa seleção de vinhos. Este é um edifício antigo que está bem acabado e tem a quantidade certa de comodidades modernas, mantendo a sensação histórica. Os quartos são bem decorados, confortáveis e tranquilos. Uma excelente localização para permitir passeios antes ou depois do jantar no centro da cidade de Florença. Várias opções para refeições de qualidade a uma curta distância do hotel também.

Un gran hotel para pasar la noche o una estancia prolongada. El restaurante del hotel, Vic's, es excelente; buena comida y buena selección de vinos. Este es un edificio antiguo que está muy bien terminado y tiene la cantidad justa de comodidades modernas mientras mantiene el ambiente histórico. Las habitaciones están bien amuebladas, cómodas y tranquilas. Una excelente ubicación para permitir paseos antes o después de la cena en el prometedor centro de la ciudad de Florencia. Great hotel. Customer service was awesome.Karen was so nice at check in.Parking was not an issue. Lots of parking on lot across the street.Rooms were spotless and super quiet.Breakfast buffet was simple but the food was seasoned and good Ótimo hotel. A good location for easy access to restaurants. The hotel does have some charm to it, but certain things could be better aesthetically. The caulking in the bathroom and just certain things maintenance wise could be better. The breakfast buffet was just ok.I’m giving 4 stars because the service was great, the beds were comfy, and the location is convenient. Uma boa localização para fácil acesso a restaurantes. O hotel tem algum charme, mas algumas coisas poderiam ser melhores esteticamente. A calafetagem no banheiro e apenas algumas coisas em termos de manutenção poderiam ser melhores. O buffet de café-da-manhã foi apenas ok.Estou dando 4 estrelas porque o serviço foi ótimo, as camas eram confortáveis e a localização é conveniente.

El hotel tiene algo de encanto, pero ciertas cosas podrían ser mejores estéticamente. El calafateo en el baño y solo ciertas cosas en cuanto al mantenimiento podrían ser mejores. El buffet de desayuno estaba bien.Le doy 4 estrellas porque el servicio fue excelente, las camas eran cómodas y la ubicación es conveniente.

This is a little boutique type hotel, not far from the hospital and Amtrak station, and maybe a five minute drive from the local airport. It is clean and stylish. Old railroad photos and maps decorate the walls. There is a pretty good restaurant located inside as well, where my son and I had dinner. The restaurant was bustling and waitstaff was on point. Hotel staff were friendly. I noticed the room had no iron.They brought me one immediately. If passing through Florence, I would definitely stay here again. Este é um pequeno hotel boutique, não muito longe do hospital e da estação Amtrak, e talvez a cinco minutos de carro do aeroporto local. É limpo e elegante. Fotos e mapas antigos da ferrovia decoram as paredes. Há um restaurante muito bom localizado dentro também, onde meu filho e eu jantamos. O restaurante estava movimentado e os garçons estavam no ponto. Os funcionários do hotel foram simpáticos. Notei que o quarto não tinha ferro. Eles me trouxeram um imediatamente. Se passar por Florença, eu ficaria aqui novamente.

Este es un pequeño hotel tipo boutique, no muy lejos del hospital y de la estación de Amtrak, y tal vez a cinco minutos en automóvil del aeropuerto local. Es limpio y elegante. Viejas fotos y mapas del ferrocarril decoran las paredes. También hay un restaurante bastante bueno en el interior, donde mi hijo y yo cenamos. El restaurante estaba lleno y los camareros estaban a punto. El personal del hotel fue amable. Noté que la habitación no tenía plancha. Me trajeron uno inmediatamente. Si paso por Florencia, definitivamente me quedaría aquí de nuevo.

This is a great place to stay in Florence. There have a really good restaurant/bar that is usually hopping. The room we stayed in had 18' high ceilings, but it was a little dark and could use some artwork to brighten the place up a bit. It had a nice synergy between early American with more modern styling. The Fitness Center is small, but they have one and it was fun watching people mill around downtown Florence while I cranked out my miles on the treadmill. One thing: you need to give the shower a little time to warm up, but it will get there. I would stay there again if I found myself in Florence... I might even go to Florence just to stay there. Este é um ótimo lugar para ficar em Florença. Há um restaurante/bar muito bom que geralmente está pulando. O quarto em que ficamos tinha 18 'tetos altos, mas estava um pouco escuro e poderia usar algumas obras de arte para iluminar um pouco o local. Tinha uma bela sinergia entre o início americano com um estilo mais moderno. O Fitness Center é pequeno, mas eles têm um e foi divertido ver as pessoas andando pelo centro de Florença enquanto eu fazia minhas milhas na esteira. I enjoyed my 2 night stay at Hotel Florence. This was the highlight of my stay. I like the idea of restoration projects that leave as much of the original building with all the modern interior upgrades. Having said that, I brought my favorite travel foods and drinks but my room didn't have a refrigerator in it and I didn't think to ask before booking because most rooms have them. The room was clean and quiet. Not sure what it was like nearthe elevator but I never stay in a room near the elevator. People are often loud waiting for or getting off the elevator. There's ice and vending on each floor as well as a office area with a computer. There's ample hotel parking across the street and in back of the hotel.There's metered parking spaces on the street with 2 hour parking starting at 8 a.m. I didn't eat dinner at the restaurant in the hotel (Victor's) but I did try their breakfast. Breakfast was the low part of my stay. It took 34 minutes for my bacon and egg sandwich with no cheese to come out, but when it came out it was a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich that I had to remove the sausage and cheese from. They offered to make a new sandwich but I had to decline due to time constraints. No refrigerator and breakfast blunders minus 1 ⭐️ Gostei da minha estadia de 2 noites no Hotel Florence. Este foi o destaque da minha estadia. Gosto da ideia de projetos de restauração que deixem o máximo do edifício original com todas as atualizações internas modernas. Dito isto, eu trouxe minhas comidas e bebidas de viagem favoritas, mas meu quarto não tinha geladeira e não pensei em perguntar antes da reserva, porque a maioria dos quartos os possui. O quarto era limpo e silencioso. Não tenho certeza de como era perto do elevador, mas nunca fico em um quarto perto do elevador. As pessoas costumam fazer barulho esperando ou saindo do elevador. Há gelo e vending em cada andar, bem como uma área de escritório com um computador. Há um amplo estacionamento do hotel do outro lado da rua e na parte de trás do hotel. Há vagas de estacionamento com parquímetro na rua com 2 horas de estacionamento a partir das 8h. Eu não jantei no restaurante do hotel (Victor's), mas experimentei o café da manhã. O café da manhã foi a parte baixa da minha estadia. Demorou 34 minutos para o meu sanduíche de bacon e ovo sem queijo sair, mas quando saiu era um sanduíche de salsicha, ovo e queijo do qual eu tive que remover a salsicha e o queijo. Eles se ofereceram para fazer um novo sanduíche, mas tive que recusar devido a restrições de tempo. Sem geladeira e erros no café da manhã menos 1 ⭐️

Este fue el punto culminante de mi estancia. Me gusta la idea de proyectos de restauración que dejen la mayor parte del edificio original con todas las mejoras interiores modernas. Habiendo dicho eso, traje mis comidas y bebidas de viaje favoritas, pero mi habitación no tenía refrigerador y no pensé en preguntar antes de reservar porque la mayoría de las habitaciones los tienen. La habitación estaba limpia y tranquila. No estoy seguro de cómo era cerca del ascensor, pero nunca me alojo en una habitación cerca del ascensor. La gente a menudo hace mucho ruido esperando o saliendo del ascensor. Hay hielo y máquinas expendedoras en cada piso, así como un área de oficinas con una computadora. Este es un gran lugar para alojarse en Florencia. Hay un muy buen restaurante/bar que suele estar animado. La habitación en la que nos alojamos tenía techos altos de 18 pies, pero estaba un poco oscura y le vendría bien alguna obra de arte para alegrar un poco el lugar. Tuvo una buena sinergia entre los primeros americanos con un estilo más moderno. El gimnasio es pequeño, pero tienen uno y fue divertido ver a la gente moverse por el centro de Florencia mientras yo acumulaba millas en la caminadora. Una cosa: debes darle un poco de tiempo a la ducha para que se caliente, pero llegará. Me quedaría allí de nuevo si me encontrara en Florencia... Incluso podría ir a Florencia solo para quedarme allí.
