“No está bien tener que esperar 90 minutos para que la habitación esté lista. Si el registro es a las 15:00, la habitación debe estar lista. No nos ofrecieron ninguna compensación, sí, nos dieron un café, pero por lo demás tuvimos que esperar hasta las 16.30. Es pésimo cuando todavía pagas bastante dinero y viajas una buena distancia y quieres descansar después del viaje.”
