“Hotel under extensive renovation and boy does it need it. Our room was dirty. The pool and exercise facility are closed. No mention of this on the website. There was lots of noise and disturbances related to the construction activities. To cap things off, upon retiring to bed after a hard day's drive, a picture fell off the wall in the bathroom and came crashing down removing the toilet paper holder from the wall in the process. Avoid this location until the renovations are complete. Not worth the money. A disappointing experience for a Hilton property.”

“We stayed at this property in December 2019 and were delighted with it. For months we've been looking forward to returning post-panemic to Phoenix to see my sister and stay in a hotel we had enjoyed.
Unfortunately, this property is nothing like it was before. We left after one night to go to a different hotel nearby. Specifically:
- the thermostat in our suite didn't work. The display read "replace battery".
- there was no hot water in the kitchen sink.
- the garbage disposal didn't work.
- the light under the microwave oven - which we use as a night light - didn't work.
- the breakfast was a bare shadow of what we'd experienced previously.
- the public areas were shabby. Wallpaper near the elevator was peeling off the walls. There were numerous stains in the hallway carpet.
- the staff was friendly and eager to help, but obviously significantly overworked.”
