Hotel is great, but not perfect. When I set up the room, I requested a single king bed, a high floor, and an outside room facing the Music City venue. When I checked in, they gave me a room with a couple of double beds, on the 3rd floor, facing NOT the venue. When I asked for a different room, they said there wasn't anything they could do. Everything else is great. The Italian restaurant is pricey, but worth it, and overall, it's just a beautiful building. I highly recommend this hotel, just don't get too caught up in specific accommodation requests.

This is a beautiful hotel. Check-in was seamless using the digital key. The room was spacious and beautiful and clean. The executive breakfast was good. And snacks provided were on point. The minimal interaction I had with staff was ok, semi pleasant. I would love to come back.

Stayed 3 nights for Nashville nye 2023. It was great. The staff were really good, we had accidentally pulled into valet when it was packed and they helped get that charge off. Breakfast and the complimentary food and beverage hours were both solid. Roof top bar very cool. Will be back. Excited for the steakhouse they are currently building in the hotel.

Went to see a concert next door at the arena. Friend and I decided to spend the night instead of fighting traffic back home. Also, a nice overnight getaway to just chill and relax. Elevators require a swipe of your personal key to go up now. Housekeeping overlooked a hat near the bed. The sink in the bathroom didn't flow very well. Overall the room was fine, except these minor issues. Room service - we had issues finding that info. Look at the card holder they give. It closed at 11pm that night - so we were too late to order anything. None of the other places at the hotel were open at 10ish. The room did provide 2 water bottles and some limited coffee service. So, keep that info in mind if you get thirsty or hungry late. Now that we know we can plan better ahead. Everything else was good. Across the street from the arena, so that was beyond excellent!

Excellent location, but this hotel is a pass in my book for the price. I stayed 2 nights in an “Executive Suite”. The carpet was frayed and the tile in the bathroom looked like a training center for tile layers. The lights were not appropriate for the times and everything was dark. There weren’t any port to plug thing in, as most hotels have updated to within the last decade. The valet was super nice, yet the charge is a bit high for this area. The experience as you enter the hotel is weird since the lobby is dark and the host is across the hotel all the way back on the right. The “Executive Center” was updated with warm water and soda. The happy hour had a couple of beers displayed, but nobody around to serve them at the times that I went in. Thankfully the fridge in the room works and the ice machine worked. To top it all off, there was a convention at the hotel with people from all over the country coming into the mezzanine level. The same fingerprints that covered the elevator doors when I came in were still there when I left. With all that is going around, this security and cleanliness should be on the top of the list. I would highly suggest another hotel option for this price point. I had several poor Hilton experiences on my last trip. While Hilton used to be my third choice, they are quickly moving down on that list. The only reason for the 2 stars is that the people were nice and the location was good. I felt grimy leaving this hotel though. Thank goodness I only booked 2 nights here.
