Apreciamos a nossa estadia nocturna apesar do fim de semana frio. O restaurante do lobby foi delicioso e serviço ao cliente foi bom. Todos nós queríamos bifes, mas não percebemos as regras formais estritas em seu restaurante de carnes no andar de baixo.O sinal dizia que não havia sapatos abertos, etc., e as crianças basicamente tinham que se sentar à mesa o tempo todo e não podiam usar ipads etc. e tinham que ficar na mesa. Quando minha filha estava lendo placa, um senhor de terno começou a questioná-la. Então, definitivamente sentimos que não era adequado para crianças. Espero que possamos voltar a experimentá-lo sem todas as regras super rígidas.

Deixe-me começar com ELOGIO a equipe de garçons no restaurante e bar foram maravilhosos. Grite para Christine! Reservei 3 quartos e, ao chegar, descobri que não há serviço de limpeza apenas mediante solicitação. Nada me faz sentir menos nas férias do que fazer minha própria cama ou toalhas sujas. Pior ainda, nos pediram para colocar nosso lixo do lado de fora da porta. Quem quer andar por um corredor vendo o lixo de outras pessoas? O hotel estava passando por grandes reformas que não foram divulgadas para nós quando reservamos. O café etc foram todos em um que foi OK apenas porque a equipe foi boa, mas não ter essas opções tirou um pouco da vibração completa de férias. O barulho da construção era irritante durante o café da manhã! Apenas um elevador estava em serviço durante toda a nossa estadia e, como nossos 3 quartos ficavam em andares diferentes (não sei por que, já que o hotel parecia VAZIO), passamos muito tempo esperando! Por último, gastei US$ 134 por quarto para o imposto de resort! Verificamos que o Wi-Fi custava US $ 10, o que parecia um roubo. Eu sei que é considerado fora de época, mas como convidado não deveria ser menos importante. Minha opinião é que o hotel parecia bom, mas não espere um nível de qualidade de atendimento e serviço se estiver fora de temporada, mesmo que você tenha pago por isso! !

A limpeza extremamente agradável de Roma. Eu gostaria que tivesse chuveiros melhores e ou uma banheira, mas isso poderia ser apenas dependente do quarto.Definitivamente voltaria. Este resort é maravilhoso. A equipe era um sonho. Eu errei fazendo minha reserva e eles consertaram para mim antes de eu chegar lá, então quando eu fiz o check-in, eles tinham tudo pronto para mim. Meu quarto era incrível, com vista completa para a praia. Os restaurantes e loja de presentes no resort eram tão bons. A praia era perfeita. Eu tive um tempo maravilhoso e mal posso esperar para planejar minha próxima visita aqui.

Let me start with PRAISE the wait staff in the restaurant and bar were wonderful. Shout out to Christine! I reserved 3 rooms and upon arriving find out their is no maid service only upon request. Nothing makes me feel less on vacation then making my own bed or dirty towels . Even worse we were asked to put our garbage outside the door . Who wants to walk down a hall seeing other peoples garbage? The hotel was under going massive renovations which were NOT disclosed to us when we booked . The coffee shop etc were all in one which was OK only because the staff was good but not having those options took away some of the full vacation vibe.The construction noise was annoying during breakfast! Only one elevator was in service during our entire stay and since our 3 rooms were on different floors ( not sure why since the hotel seemed EMPTY) we spent a lot of time waiting! Lastly I spent $134 a room for resort tax! We looked up that Wi-Fi was $10 so that felt like a rip off. I know it is considered off season but as a guest I should not be less important. My opinion is the hotel looked nice but don’t expect a quality level of care and service if it’s off season even though you paid for it!!

Enjoyed our overnight stay despite the cold weekend. The lobby restaurant was delicious & customer service was good. We all wanted steaks but did not realize the strict formal rules at their steak restaurant downstairs.The sign read no open toe shoes, etc and kids basically had to sit at table at all times and could not use ipads etc and had to stay in table. When my daughter was reading sign, a gentleman in a suit started questioning her. So we definitely felt like it was NOT kid friendly at all. Hopefully we can return to try it without all the super strict rules.

Location: Great location Price: fair price for a 4 Star in the off season (End of Jan) Staff: Nice Friendly, use the Hilton App makes requests easier Rooms: Beach facing. Roma's extremely nice clean. I do wish it had better showers and or a tub but that could just be room dependent. Would definitely come back. Extremely pleased with everything on the trip

This resort is wonderful. The staff was a dream. I messed up making my reservation and they fixed it right up for me before I got there so when I checked in, they had everything ready for me. My room was amazing with a full beach view. The restaurants and gift shop on the resort were so good. The beach was perfect. I had a wonderful time and can't wait to plan my next visit here.

Fantástico resort Hilton com excelente atendimento ao cliente. Frente ao mar com vista para o nascer do sol. Quarto grande, o nosso também tem um beliche. A praia de areia branca era tão limpa. Vimos um grande cardume de peixes na água limpa apenas caminhando na praia. O melhor Hilton que já fiquei até agora.

Fantastic Hilton resort with excellent customer service. Oceanfront with sunrise view. Big room, ours comes with a bunk bed too. White sand beach was so clean. We saw a big school of fish in the clean water just by walking on the beach. The best Hilton I have stayed so far.

Eu tinha expectativas muito altas com o preço que paguei quando fiz a reserva. A suíte júnior tem um layout estranho - banheiro com uma porta deslizante quase toda quebrada, 2 camas de casal (nunca vou entender por que os hotéis não têm camas queen-size hoje em dia ?!), sem toalhas na área do chuveiro e 2 camas de casal pequenos lixos para toda a suíte. Eu mencionei que eles só fazem o serviço de limpeza 2 dias por semana (não nos dias em que estamos aqui)? Bizarro. A área da piscina e da praia são lindas, mas atualmente não têm uma equipe.

The hotel sits right on the beach with a beautiful view.The outside and inside of the hotel was extremely clean. We stayed in a suite with a king size bed which was extremely comfortable.The room had bunk beds for the kids with their own small television. We had a balcony with a partial view of the beach.The hotel has an indoor pool with hot tub, and an outdoor pool near a bar. The hot breakfast was delicious.Also, the hotel is conveniently located near the outlet mall. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again.

I had pretty high expectations with the price I paid when I reserved. The junior suite has a weird layout-- bathroom with amostly broken slider door, 2 double beds (I'll never understand why hotels don't have queen beds this day and age?!), no towels in the shower area and 2 tiny garbages for the whole suite. Did I mention they only do cleaning service 2 days a week (not the days we're here)? Bizarre. The pool & beach area are beautiful but not currently staffed.

Our primary point of contact was Haley Warren. She was especially attentive and made sure that we were happy with our accommodations and she also offered us variable options to ensure we were completely satisfied. Again staying here proved to be exceptional and we were very well taken care of. I would recommend if traveling close to the area and the opportunity presents itself staying here. Haley and staff thanks again for the wonderful stay and experience. P.S. Yes I have stayed at this property before and I am familiar with the area and Haley Warren, our initial and primary point of contact for my previous property review stay was our primary contact this trip as well. Again she provided outstanding customer service but what I did not mention was that she did this without being aware of my previous review. This was only brought to my attention and uncovered because I asked specifically about it. When I found out she was unaware of the review and that she never was recognized for it it did upset me. The fact that Haley was unaware of my last review and was not recognized for it just goes to show her level of providing an overall exceptional experience for the resorts guests. People tend to always seem to take time to complain and point out instances and experiences where they have had a bad customer service experience but seem to fail to take the same time when things go well. This tends to go for recognition too. Matt Olsen is the front manger so please make sure he gets this and also please make sure that Haley gets recognition for her outstanding customer service.

August 2020 I stayed here for business with my 12 year old who has sever allergies. I requested and called 4 days prior to arrival and even the day of to make sure the room was feather free and allergen free. Also I paid for a beach from room. Upon checking in none of my requests were met, not the room type I paid for nor the feather free room. I was given a room overlooking the maintenance area and the noise from the generator was absolutely insane. My child got sick from the feather in the pillows. Bathroom had mold. Carpet had coffee stains. The receptionist refused to changed my room and was super rude. I am also a Hilton reward member. I called the corporate office and complaint and not a damn thing was done. For the safety of my. Child I was able to booked another hotel away from the beach with Marriott who has profile well documented about a feather free room and accommodated my needs well. Let’s say I reported to the company I was traveling on business for and the Hilton will never get their business. I wish they had actually did something to resolved the issues. This is my second major issues on business with the Hilton 2019 was California. Horrible.... customer service are rude and a disgrace. So as the hotel staff for both California and Destin .

Excelente lugar, los servicios de lujo. La comida es buena y las instalaciones son placenteras. Los salones para convenciones muy amplios y con todos los servicios. El sitio en donde está ubicado es bonito, pero un poco complicado para llegar.
