“My husband John and I are staying at this hotel right now and it’s very nice. About his sixth time here and the staff are super nice. The food in the restaurant has been great every time. The grounds are always clean and we feel very safe here walking around at night also.
Remember this hotel was built in the late 80’s as a ritz Carlton we heard and it’s absolutely beautiful. The lake view is beautiful.”

“I've been a Hilton rewards member for years now and have always had a great experience with this company. A friend recommended this location to stay so we gave it a shot .. valet was very nice but right when got to the front desk it seemed like nobody really wanted to help then a lady had to literally ask this guy to serve us and he didn't seem very pleased to help us. He ends up checking us in and giving us the room key and we go all the way down one hallway to what we think is our room and the keys aren't working.. so we go all the way back to the front desk which is far .. and he told us he gave us the wrong room number. So we finally get to our correct hotel room and right away it was very warm inside the room. We turn the air on and it wasn't working properly. The whole night we were hot. We also did not have any wash clothes in our room. We had to use the hand towels as wash cloths. The next morning we get woken up by someone knocking on our door at 9am (checkout is at 11am) asking us if we're about to checkout, making us feel rushed to get out of the hotel room when checkout isn't for 2 more hours. Overall, we did not get good hospitality and it was pretty disappointing.”
