“First, the personnel.Overall a level of cool and unfriendliness from a few of the staff I interacted with.Just not nice.In addition, even though there is clearly a mask required sign on the front door many guests were not wearing them, and even worse many staff were also not wearing them.It was 2 men who seemed to be in management, behind the front desk and walking around who I saw many times without masks.Second, the room.The room walls were filthy with a white residue above both beds.The shower had issues like trim pieces fallen off and a shower curtain that is too short.Wallpaper that needs re-adhering, shower walls filled with mold and mildew, a loose toilet seat, and no ventilation what so ever in the bathroom.Lastly, dining was great, most staff were pleasant and the food was good.The issue was with one particular server who carried our food from the kitchen with his mask on improperly.When I asked him to correct it, he gave me a terrible attitude and did not correct it.So our food was carried by him and he was breathing right onto it.He didn't care and was very rude.The hot tub was not operational and the pool was freezing.We stayed 3 nights and were looking forward to those amenities.Unfortunately we couldn't use them at all.”

“We used them for the room block for our wedding. Christine was super helpful and accommodating. The rooms were so clean and actually really beautiful and recently renovated! Our getting ready photos came out great in the hotel. Highly recommend using for a room block!”
