“The phones were down at the hotel which made arranging the shuttle from the airport very challenging. I understand these things happen, but could have been emailed that this happened and given an alternative way to arrange the shuttle. Instead we had to fumble our way asking ever shuttle driver if they could give us a ride to our hotel. It was unpleasant with a 2 year old and pregnant wife after 8 hour flight.
When we arrived the staff interaction was less then stellar with a very curt employee, and the room had a giant wet spot in the carpet and smelled of damp.
I honestly expected more from a Hilton. It was disappointing.”

“I got my room paid fully online. After I came back, I noticed that this hotel charged me for one night as well, which they didn’t even notify me while I was there. Basically, I paid the room online and in person. Called the local management, they said they are going to call me back. Nothing so far. Even when I called, I heard over the phone that the clerk admitted there is an error. But the manager sounds like she’d rather me dispute the charge! So pay attention to this location and your credit card bill.”
