“This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. It's in a prime location in downtown Phoenix, walkable to a lot of great restaurants. The rooms are very clean and modernized; overall, the hotel looks wonderful.
The service is what sets this hotel apart though. All staff are extremely friendly, and they gave us a lot of free amenities.
We got all this at a very good rate for a luxury hotel in a major metro area. 100% recommend.”

“Great amenities, poor service. Upon checkout, we asked that the total charge be divided amongst four individuals (despite reservation for two rooms being made under one name). After some confusion, this was accomplished. However, the receipts for each individual only included the name of the person who made the reservation. We asked the receptionist to print new receipts that reflect each individual by name. She told us this could not be done in-person and gave us a phone number to call. We called the number on the way to the airport. The person on the phone said it could not be done over the phone and needed to be done in-person upon checking out. The end result is an administrative nightmare trying to get reimbursed by our employer.
Only one elevator worked during our stay, which meant we had to wait anywhere from 3-15 minutes every time we took the elevator.
Aside from that the hotel was a great fit for our group. The rooms were nice, location was ideal, and the amenities were excellent.”
