Quarto espaçoso e limpo

Este hotel é um dos melhores na área de Woodlands, e por preços bastante decentes! A equipe do café da manhã é super simpática e a comida é sempre bem preparada. Os quartos são super limpos (louco respeito aos funcionários sempre trabalhando duro de arrumação) e raramente tive problemas de manutenção com meu quarto hospedado aqui. A equipe da recepção, especialmente Laurie, é extremamente gentil e me ajudou com tudo o que eu precisava! Viajar é difícil, mas este hotel realmente facilitou para mim.Nota lateral: Se você é alguém que grita na recepção ou na equipe do hotel por seus problemas, isso nunca é inaceitável e você é o problema. Embora o hotel pareça um pouco insuficiente às vezes, eles sempre fazem o possível para tornar minha estadia incrível.

This hotel is one of the best in the Woodlands area, and for pretty decent rates! The breakfast staff are super nice and the food is always cooked great. The rooms are super clean (mad respect to the always hard working housekeeping employees) and I have rarely had maintenance problems with my room staying here. The front desk staff, especially Laurie, is extremely kind and helped me out with anything I needed! Traveling is hard, but this hotel really made it easy for me. Side note: If you're someone who yells at the front desk or hotel staff for your problems, that's never unacceptable and YOU'RE the problem. Even though the hotel seems a little understaffed at times, they always do their best to make my stay an amazing one.

I booked my first departmental retreat with the Garden Inn Hilton Woodlands and it was a huge success! They helped me through the entire process, making it very easy. During the retreat, the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I also heard a lot of compliments about the meals we were served. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you Leila, Lena, Shante and Roger and any one else I'm forgetting!

I’m a loyal Hilton member and places like this are are exactly why. I was recently injured and forced to wear a large arm brace. It made it difficult to carry everything with my healthy arm and this is where the customer service came in! I drove to this site and went inside to check in, like I always do. I was greeted by a very friendly desk clerk and I checked in. When I was handed my key, she walked around the counter, grabbed a luggage cart and assisted me with my things. She escorted me all the way to my room, pushing the cart for me. I in no way expected this so it blew me away with the level of service I received! I would think things like this only happen in big cities at fancy hotels, but it happened right here and keeps me coming back to Hilton Garden Inn. Thank you from a happy customer.

I went to the Pavilion for a concert, you can walk to/from there, but at night is quite dark, so take the car, even tho there's a paid parking at the Pavilion for 25 dollars. There's cold water at the lobby. The room is quite big and spacious, relaxing and clean. The thermostat is usually at 22C, so it'll be cold inside if you don't change it.

O quarto era bom, mas a banheira de hidromassagem apresentada no site foi removida. Eu teria ficado em outro lugar se soubesse disso. De outros comentários, parecia que eles tinham problemas para mantê-lo limpo.

The room was fine, but the hot tub featured on the website has been removed. I would have stayed somewhere else if I'd known that. From other reviews though it sounded like they had trouble keeping it clean.

Linda at the front desk was incredible. She went above and beyond to make my grandkids and me feel welcome. We had a wonderful stay which was largely due to Linda’s kindness.

Se Hospedaram em um dos Whirlpool Suites porque simplesmente queria se mimar. Os jatos eram apenas parcialmente funcionais e definitivamente acabou sendo apenas uma banheira. Quando conversei com a equipe da frente sobre esse problema, eles me disseram que iriam dar uma olhada na manutenção. Isso teria sido bom se eu pretendesse ficar por mais de uma noite, mas... eu estava apenas de passagem.Os descartáveis ​​para a cafeteira (guardanapos/mexers etc) não são substituídos entre os hóspedes. Eu sei disso porque 3 dos quatro foram abertos e faltam itens do lote. I was forced to leave one star which is not deserved. Terrible stay. We arrived and our room wasn’t ready. We were one of many who were left to wait hours for a room. Had to keep checking with the front desk and finally after we all argued with the management to get us something we got a room. The rooms smelled of mildew and they only offered a later check out which was no good to us. Don’t stay there because they are rude to their guests and don’t make your stay a pleasurable experience

Stayed in one of the Whirlpool Suites because we simply wanted to treat ourselves. The jets were only partially functional and it definitely ended up being just a bathtub. When I spoke to the front staff about this issue they told me that they would have the maintenance look at it. This would have been fine if I intended on staying for more than one night but... I was only passing through. The disposables for the coffee maker (napkins/stirrers etc) we're not replaced between guests. I know this because 3 of the four were opened and missing items from the lot. This is unacceptable as it makes me wonder what else was not properly observed/cleaned/replaced before we entered the room. When the AC cut on throughout the night, it would do so with a loud BANG which would startle us awake each time. I tried shutting the door between us and the AC, but it still sounded very loud everytime it turned on. It int annoy me at first, but the third time I woke up in the middle of the night...it really made me second guess my choices in selecting a hotel. These are small gripes, but I feel as though when I explained the situation about the tub, and the picked through disposable items, it wasn't really acknowledge. All in all, it wasn't terrible, but It definitely wasn't a suite experience. My recommendation... Check EVERYTHING before you agree to stay in the room, even if it's a suite.

Hotel agradable por su ubicación en el bosque, instalaciones buenas (lo mínimo y justo), servicio de habitaciones deja bastante que desear (no atienden limpieza de habitaciones durante la estadía, por lo de la pandemia)....

En lugar de hacerte sentir seguro por no tener servicio al cuarto, están logrando lo contrario, se siente sucio por eso.

El hotel es de los pocos del grupo de Hilton que esta Sucio, mal mantenido y con mala administración.No hicieron la limpieza de mi habitación!los botes de basura de los espacios comunes estaban a reventar de basura!

Confortable ... le falta un poco de mantenimiento. La cama no fue de mi agrado por completo.
