“We will never stay here again even though we're usually happy with other Hilton locations. The only positive thing was the convenient location near stores and restaurants a few minutes from downtown Gettysburg.
First, we booked and paid for a premium king room, but our bed was very clearly a queen with sheets that were way too small for the mattress and kept coming off all night. The windowsill and window track were covered in dead flies. The carpet had sticky spots. The bathroom was dirty with hairs in various places. The bathroom walls had mold and brown spots, and the floors turned our feet and socks brown. I'm so glad I bring Lysol wipes to hotels. The Keurig machine in the room didn't even work on top of that.
Second, we got maybe 3 hours of sleep because there were kids running up and down the stairs and through the hallways yelling and stomping until 2AM.
Also, the food, drinks, and toiletries available downstairs are ridiculously expensive.
Don't stay here. There are plenty of other decent hotels in the area.”

“We were very pleased with the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel and our room were very clean. The breakfast was great. The only things I had a problem with were the pillows, they need to invest in new ones, also the toilet didn’t work properly, you had to keep holding the handle down to get it to flush. Will definitely stay there again.”
