“If i could rate it a zero stars i would!!!First and foremost they couldn't control their guest, had to endure noise until 1130 pm. When I was in the pool they was scared to address the issues of people throwing things in the pool. I had to find out the hard way that they don't include breakfast in the room price, which by the way,was not worth it! I got charged 80 bucks to eat a bagel and cereal because when I called down to ask the front desk attendant he stated it was complimentary breakfast when in reality it wasn't. The cook was rude when taking your order as if she didn't want to be there. I was watched like a hawk the whole time.I will NEVER EVER RENT from this establishment again!! I've stayed at my share of hotels and never had this problem. And when I called they didn't want to transfer me to a manager either till I made a review. Upon speaking to the Manager(after I posted a review, he stated "now why would I even hear you out or give you a refund, you already made a review) as if my experience in his establishment didn't mean anything. On top of that he was extremely rude and kept insisting I was lying about my experience there. They should look into hiring someone that actually care about the customer they serve and their experience at the establishment because let's face it $200 plus for a room on top of an $80 charge they keep from me till check out. You would think they appreciate someone that spends that much, but they don't. Unless money grows on trees for you and u don't care about the noise and the unprofessionalism from the staff, then by all means this is the place for u. But if u value your money like every normal person does than go elsewhere cause this place is just not worth it!!!! Bunch of ripe offs”

“A localização é 5 estrelas porque era onde eu precisava, mas há poucas atrações locais.Havia um grupo muito barulhento em uma sala próxima. Às 21h, ficou claro que eles não iriam parar, então liguei para a recepção. Foi-me dito que há uma regra estrita de ruído às 22h, mas ela pediria ao gerente do hotel para analisar. Ele fez, e eles se acalmaram. A recepção me ligou de volta e me disse que, se eu fosse perturbado novamente, eles expulsariam a festa. Claramente o nível de ruído foi surpreendente para o gerente do hotel.De qualquer forma, a forma discreta e eficaz com que o hotel tornou a minha estadia confortável valeu a pena uma revisão de cinco estrelas.Aliás, o restaurante do hotel tem um bom cardápio. Recomendo o peixe e fritas. É um pouco caro, mas uma porção farta, de boa qualidade e muito conveniente. O bar está adequadamente abastecido e o conhecimento, habilidade e atenção amigável do barman foram excelentes.”
