Welcome at reception terrific. HOWEVER.. resort daily fee at $30 is compulsory ???? While it may be good value you need to understand that it is use it or lose it regardless of whether beach shuttle, beach towels, 2 bottles of water or $20 food credit is used. We paid in full for our room via Celebrity Cruises as our travel agent. Not explained at booking or at reception check in ☹️ Room in good order very clean, linen and towels wonderful. Looking forward to a good sleep ready for the cruise shuttle in the morning. ( best value option as uber $35 estimate for 2 of us ) Quality of bar snack good …..though pricey once tax and service added to a £/$ ☹️exchange rate.

Needed a place to stay for the night since my flight out was cancelled. It was the neatest looking for it's location and price. It is an older hotel but remodeled nicely. I'm grateful I didn't have a car though. Overnight parking ranged from $22-44 for valet! They also charge a $30 resort fee but you can get 2 free bottles of water by asking at the front desk and $20 off food in their bar/restaurant or in the little shop/coffee stand in the lobby.

A good property for a family stay. I stayed here to attend an office meeting at a nearby arena. Had a satisfying time. The place has a pool, gym, multiple eating joints. Reception people are helpful and prompt for your needs. The outside sitting deck is overlooking the marina with private yachts, which is were we sat late in the evening. It’s not a 5 star property and they are not charging you for it. Keep that in mind and you will be happy. Will recommend.

I had a horrible experience at this Hilton. I was there for a wedding of a family member. From the check in things were ridiculous. I was told that a hold for the whole amount of my stay was going to have to be done on my card. I was never told this nor have I ever experienced this any other time I have stayed at a hotel. I was also then hit with an additional $75.00 for plus a $30.00 resort fee. I have no idea what that entailed. Then on the way to the room that I was assigned it smelled like sour sitting water. There were sandbags in the hall and construction going on. Then the room had a broken toilet that would not flush. I had to have maintenance up 3 times and it still was not completely fixed. Then the power went out. There was no cable and no phone. This took place while getting ready for a wedding. Then after I complained and only after i was assigned a new room. So then I had to move rooms and missed some of the events prior to the wedding because I was moving. Then the elevators were not working. There was no power and only one seemed to come all the way down to the lobby. Then there was a sliding scale of prices. Each day it seems I paid more and more. This Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina was horrible. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They ruined what otherwise should have been a great experience and have offered nothing to compensate or even apologize. JUST AWFUL!!!

One of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. We were scheduled for a regular room and got upgraded to a king corner suite. Our view of the marina and wraparound deck were amazing. My only complaint was the lack of places to eat. The only restaurant on site was a small bar w limited choices. Also no breakfast options to speak. They were hosting a hot breakfast in one of the salons, but it was super expensive. That didn’t stop us from absolutely loving this hotel. Would definitely come back.

We have been here for 9 days of a 10-day stay. I would never ever stay here again. The staff is awesome but they are overworked and underpaid and short on numbers. We have never had anyone answer a phone call for any service. We were promised two bottles of water daily. That happened once. Upon arrival. Room service has never worked. Advertised but nonexistent. The pool area is far too small for a hotel this size. No hot tub. No pool showers. Often run out of towels. Nearby construction is noisy. Hotels should forewarn guests. The grounds are often littered and trash receptacles are nearly always full or overflowing. This is not a Hilton-quality property. I feel for the staff who work so hard and for unsuspecting travelers who arrive to an understaffed front desk the wait in line for long periods of time to get checked in. We are deeply disappointed by our stay here. Again, we applaud the great frontline people who work here. They are so kind and caring but so overwhelmed. And underpaid. No smart TVs in 2022. No Golf Channel on TV menu. Our room clock radio is vintage 1980 and does not work. A leak in a corner of our room has been reported several times. The tired carpet is now soaked with water. You can do so much better than this place. It is overpriced and underwhelming.More Date of stay: March 2022

Where do I even begin. I would first like to say that our check in time was at 4 pm which is stated on the website. Around 3:15 pm we were told that our room would be ready before 4 pm. When 4 pm hit, with no word on how our room was doing, we went to the front desk again. We were then told it would only be a few minutes after 4 pm and then we would get our room. We ended up waiting until 5:30 pm before getting our room. We sat on the floor, with our luggage for 1.5 hours. It was ridiculous. On top of that, one of the two rooms we booked was completely dirty; there were peanuts and wrappers littering the ground. This took extra time to be switched. As well, we never once received new towels, and when we asked, it took two hours to get any at all. At 8 am, one morning, we were awoken by someone entering our room. We are two young girls, and we were incredibly scared to have someone entering our bedroom. Turns out this was housekeeping, however, entering a room without knocking or without a sign encouraging entry, it just not acceptable. On top of all of this, they double charged us Also, our bathroom door was off its hinges. Moreover, we will not be staying here again.

Great room, good cleaning, our room was great view, little attitude but people were slammed so once you're nice to them they're nice back. Would come back lot of bad reviews on this place I don't see it. For the price in the area it's fine.

So my wife and I checked in about midnight on a Friday. The line was short, the staff was nice, got our card for the room... We reserved a king-size bed, a marina-facing, with a balcony. We walked into a room with two beds facing a freeway. I went down to the front desk and asked what the mix-up was about, "We're overbooked. Try again in the morning and see if we can get your requested room.' No problem, it was late went to bed around 2 am, then woke up to the construction that was being performed outside the window, the one facing the freeway... I have brushed off again when I requested the room I reserved over a month and a half ago. We checked out, made a few inquiries regarding a complimentary or discount on the room. The manager has still yet to return any phone calls.

This place isn’t a four star hotel, don’t be fooled by the pictures.1) It’s just a port of call for cruisers, and the resort caters to the type.2) Pool chairs are all taken by 9 am by people putting towels down and going off. Management indicated (manager on duty is Niko) there is nothing they will do about it, quote by the front desk Kelvin “you are on your own out there”.3) Doesn’t matter what room you select ahead of time, we were assigned a handicapped room and the shower and bathroom was just drenched with water and towels all of the time. We had a regular King room when we selected.4) construction - the place is in shambles and you have to go through construction zones and boarded up hallways to get to your room if in any of the wings.5) be ready to pay for 4$ iced coffees with no lids, and wait in line 20-30 minutes for a beer by the pool bar.We ended up going to the spa and Marriott beach resort for meals, spa and pool. This place is quite frankly a waste of money.Enter canned management reply about taking concerns seriously:

Friendly, eager to help staff. Text communication with concierge. Well stocked snack/food bar in lobby. Clean and welcoming. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Complimentary bottled water at front desk. Nice pool area out back by the docked charter boats. Would definitely stay here again!!

They charged an extra 30$+tax per day for services they only put on a piece of paper in the room that said 'for 30$ a day you can take advantage of shuttles to the beach, 20$ food and drink credit.'. Not you are being charged for this stuff even if you don't use it .. I didn't even receive waters every day in the room. 3 nights ..101$... And this was on top of the amount I was charged for the room. So a 3 night stay was supposed to be almost 600$ was almost 900$ instead. I feel scammed and taken advantage of for sure.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. I'll start with the positives: the bar had good drinks, the food from the bar was also good and the view from our room was nice. However, there are too many negatives to outweigh the positives to give this place even a 2 star review.1. The bathroom light in our room repeatedly went out and had to be fixed by maintenance the entire weekend.2. The staff were not friendly in any way, except for the woman that worked the front desk of the coffee/snack area. After that, everyone that we came into contact with was extremely rude and not helpful. The bartender at the bar in the pool complained about making a drink that we ordered.3. My wife is Type 1 Diabetic and her blood sugar was low, for those of you that know this turns into a life or death situation very quickly. I went to the front desk, asked for a simple Sprite and offered to pay, but I was refused and told that they could not sell me one. This is completely ridiculous and unnecessary for someone to refuse something so simple in the event of a medical emergency, I was infuriated.4. On top of the Sprite situation, the closest place to walk to was 15 minutes away. There is 0 room service and there is not a single vending machine in sight. Why would the phones have a room service button if that is not something that is offered? If you aren't going to offer room service or have the lobby store open, why aren't there vending machines?5. There were laundry bags left in our room, but then when we asked about the service the front desk worker, who also refused me the Sprite, said that it is not a service that they offer.6. We called Sunday to extend our checkout to 1pm, we had 3 rooms total in the hotel and each time we called we received a different answer from the person on the phone. One caller said they received this extension for $0 till 1pm, one said the extension was free until 12pm and every hour after was $25, the last one said that the extension was free until 11:30 and then $25 after that. To build onto that, there is no communication between the front desk and the maid staff as they knocked on our door multiple times to ask when we were getting out. I'd have rather them told us we were not able to extend and that we would have to get out.I typically have good stays at Hiltons, and as someone who travels to the area frequently, I will NEVER stay here again after how my family and I were treated. I do not know how a hotel functions with this level of incompetence and lack of professionalism.The front desk worker who prevented me from helping my wife and risked her health because "he can't do that" should be fired.I would recommend taking your money and spending it at any other hotel in South Florida.

We were very happy with our experience at the hotel, the staff were very personable and helpful, especially the maid service women. The location of the hotel was very helpful for us as it was close to shopping, the cruise ship and the beach. The only issue we had is that the beds were very hard, otherwise the rooms, environment and pool area were great.

Went with a friend to do hair and makeup for a bride. When we arrived at valet we were greeted by Jimmy. What a warm friendly gentleman. Easy going. Perfect first impression. Lobby was nothing fancy, almost forgettable. But it has a library area and an area to purchase coffee tea and such. My only complaint and not because of the hotel was a couple who got into the elevator ahead of us and gave us attitude because we wanted to get in the elevator with them. The woman clearly gave me some BS reason that oh no only to allowed it in elevator, and I thought we were here waiting before you but clearly she had more important things to be concerned about, like herself. I mentioned we're here to work on a bride and we're running a little late (which we weren't) but she could care less. The room itself a bit small but was comfortable.I wasn't a fan of the sliding doors on the bathroom. I'm not sure if it was their attempt to be trendy? But thinking about the design and it did save some space. Nice view from the balcony. All in all I'd suggest it.

WAY overpriced in every possible way.Water was not hot in the shower.I stayed for free on a canceled flight and got a $21 meal voucher which wasn't enough for a sandwich.Nice cars out front though and the view was beautiful.

Hotel was nice but honestly please call before booking at a third party it’s a huge rip off. You will be paid at least 70$ more a night because of a resort fee and parking fee which is crazy. Somehow I was charged $180 extra for 2 nights. Not happy. After already spending $350 a night. It had a great location and nice hotel but given all these extra charges I would not stay here again.

This hotel is nice from the lobby,but the rooms need some work safe was broken, and towels and windows were dirty. No housekeeping services for a 2- night stay. The pool area abs dining areas are very nice.Overpriced for the quality

I originally had a long and extensive review, but in the interest of saving you time reading this, I'll make these quick bullet points:*Renovation turned out great, but we as consumers are paying for it.Breakfast was $28 for rubbery eggs, cold toast and lukewarm coffee at best. The following morning I decided to just to get a cup of coffee and a parfait from the little store downstairs...they wanted $18.No, thank you!*Shower was lukewarm throughout my stay.(What is it with this hotel and lukewarm things?)*This place is very understaffed.My colleagues and I went to the outside bar to have a drink when they had one person working the bar area with over 30 people to serve.Although Ricardo, the bartender, did a phenomenal job taking care of everyone, he shouldn't have been put in that position.This was my second stay at this hotel and this very thing occurred last time but with way more people.Again, Ricardo was amazing, efficient and very personable.If it wasn't for him the bar area would simply shut down.*Parking can be problematic, so get there early or you may find yourself taking a leisurely stroll to get back to the hotel.*The toilet paper was like 7000 grit sandpaper.Highly recommend buying your own before you get to the hotel. (TMI, I know...)I realize these are all first-world problems, but when you pay the amount you do for a Hilton hotel, a certain expectation comes with it.Those expectations were never met by this particular hotel.If you're wanting to throw your money away, I'd highly recommend this hotel, otherwise stay somewhere else.

Ok. Rooms are nice. But, the amenities do not match the hotel’s capacity. Could not use the pool. It was full - no chairs or towels available. Barely any walking room - definitely not enough room to lay down a towel on the ground. Very disappointing.

The best Hotel I've stayed before. Service is great! Met manager and she was awesome, asked if we need any help, any questions. She was amazing, she let us stay a bit longer. This is awesome, not everyone can do it. This place is absolutely gorgeous. I'm back again.

É meu hotel preferido em Fort Lauderdale. Ótima localização. A vista dos quartos é maravilhosa tanto para o lado da piscina, vendo toda a cidade, como o lado da marina. Estação do watertaxi no hotel. Fica perto de tudo por carro, watertaxi ou taxi. Aeroporto, Porto de Everglades, Las Olas Blvd. Os quartos são confortáveis, ar condicionado muito bom, principalmente para uso no verão quente da cidade. São amplos, bem decorados, com varanda ótima para repousar no cair da tarde. Café da manhã excelente. A piscina é muito gostosa, grande com um serviço de bar ótimo. O cardápio de comidas é pequeno, mas com muito boas opções. É uma delícia no final da tarde passear pelo canal e ver o por do sol e os barcos passando. Uma pedida é tomar o watertaxi e ir para o shopping ou Las Olas. Tem uma academia de ginástica completa para uso dos hóspedes. O estacionamento é pago, mas com bom espaço. Restaurante ótimo com vista do canal. Nas proximidades há várias opções de restaurantes e bares, alguns podendo ir a pé. Funcionários atenciosos. No final de dezembro estarei mais uma vez desfrutando dessa cidade maravilhosa e acolhedora nesse ótimo hotel.

Péssima experiência, as fotos são lindas o que me fez reservar pra passar 5 dias com preço bom. Mas ao chegar me deram quarto num anexo nível térreo sem vista sem nada q vi nas fotos e alegando que minha enerva foi pra quarto standart, mas no site não diz nada disso. Além do pessoal da recepção que atendem mal. Não caiam nessa, não cometam o erro que cometi.. Hotel de lixo. Raymond.

Nice location and friendly staff, especially Mary at the food stand and the valets were so nice and cheerful. But one star off for no microwave in the room and one star off for the high priced breakfast that took forever to get. We also disliked the sliding door for the bathroom.

Service was poor.Room was dirty.There was a razor left in the shower and other personal hygiene item in the bathroom from a previous guest that were not removed before we were checked into the room.The hotel had multiple construction sites throughout the property.I was given a one $12 credit voucher for my entire stay in place of any benefits for being a Hilton diamond member. On top of all this we were charged a steep resort fee for a broken-down hotel with very few amenities.

The hotel room and view were nice enough but the resort fee makes no sense. This is definitely not a resort.

For such a great and $$$ resort i was surprised that there was no microwaves in the rooms, and the fridge was a joke at keeping anything cold. Pool was awesome, drinks at the bar were good. Beds were crazy comfortable.

The outdoor pool and bar area are very nice. Convenient location near Port Everglades and within walking distance to several restaurants.

Had a corner room with a nice view but was a little dated. I've had better Continental breakfast at a four-star hotel than what this hotel charged My wife and I $64 for. The buffet style breakfast had less selection than the free breakfast at any DoubleTree, courtyard, garden inn, or any other generic four star mid level hotel. Everything that was supposed to be hot, was cold, everything that should have been cold was that room temperature. The bread was stale and the waffles were rock solid. Simply put it was disgusting and made my wife ill after eating it. If this had been fed in a correctional institution, it would be considered cruel and unusual punishment.All that said, I would probably do the hotel again at a reduced rate but I would never ever ever ever eat there again.

Difficult to review this hotel as the property is under construction. First impression is very poor, last impression, doesn't live up to a Hilton Standard. The location is fantastic, right on the waterfront, so boat activity is fantastic. The room decor was nicely re-done, but despite remodeling, it doesn't make up for the fact that you could hear every single word coming from the people next door. This was really not acceptable for a remodeled room. The daily parking fee is outrageous. The valet parking is $4 more per day than self parking, but I would recommend it because you have to walk forever from the self parking area. The pool area was nice and they did have an outdoor bar. Our room was clean and ready when we checked in at 9pm, but some other people went to their room and it had not been cleaned. Despite the Hilton name and the ability to sit outside and watch boat traffic, I am having a hard time giving this hotel a good rating.

It’s a Hilton hotel. What else needs to be said? However, my niece and her friend were staying in a different part of the hotel where the parking lot is located and we’re stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes or so and I didn’t get to see that side of the the hotel. The area where my room was is awesome. I think that I was under the rain shower for at least an hour. The staff are extremely friendly, and accommodating. Everyone from valet to house keeping are top notch. Because of the renovations I couldn’t find a parking space one night and the valet ( I don’t want to say his name so he doesn’t get in trouble) parked my car in valet parking. I was charged for self parking which is what I paid for. The people here are awesome. If I had to complain about something it would be that they are WAY to good at taking care of their guests. Well done everyone!

Nice staff. Overall my 3 night stay was decent. My room view was spectacular. They upgraded me to a balcony view which was very kind. The food menu is limited and it was OK- nothing special and they need more options and need to update it on the website- a little misleading. Didn’t try the breakfast but appreciated that they had it anyway. But lunch /dinner was only available to order at the pool bar and it wasn’t much. Mostly bar food. Pool was nice and towels conveniently available. Valet and construction were definitely inconvenient . Pricing a little too high when you can just park your own car same distance but it’s a bigger mission to find a spot. Big construction deal downstairs in lobby but they have it decently managed temporarily. Room was humid, fridge small but worked. TV great- but remote stopped working for a while- had to unplug and take out batteries and restart it all. They do need a microwave in the rooms. I had cold leftovers and it wasn’t great. Ice machine on my floor did not work- not even a sign was displayed- had to go up or down a floor each time to get ice which was annoying. There was drunk people in the lobby and an ambulance came- one lady started talking to me in the elevator asking me if I was her nanny- and it looked like she was with hotel staff - not sure if they were helping her or what. She was obliterated and it would’ve been appreciated if the staff with her maybe handled her better or told her I was NOT the nanny after she asked 5 times. Thought she was going to maybe attack me from behind in the elevator. Very awkward and uncomfortable. But this wasn’t the hotels fault ultimately. No judgment but there was some rowdy crowds walking in and out of the hotel daily. Appreciated the room view and the kindness of the staff ultimately.

Hotel ubicado en un excelente sitio, la Marina de Fort Lauderdale, pero lamentablemente el servicio de habitación muy deficiente, la habitación no estaba en las mejores condiciones, solo hasta que solicitamos por 3a vez la limpieza del balcón y completar las toallas y demás, lo hicieron

Totalmente decepcionante..!!! Cero higiene en la habitación ( en todas la areas) tan necesaria en plena pandemia . Tuve que llamar varias veces al front desk para que me dieran unas toallas para tomar el baño, una hora después llevaron las Toallas y en mal estado. La Piscina sucia, olor a marihuana y a cigarro por todo el lugar , la piscina estaba demasiado llena de personas ( no debería a ver un control de capacidad por el COVID) sin contar la poca seguridad para los niños ( ni una cerca para dividir esta área del muelle) intentamos descansar y desconectar pero fue IMPOSIBLE Demasiada falta de comodidad e higiene.Fue un gasto innecesario ya que lo que aumento fue frustración , pérdida de dinero y tiempo para sentirnos peor..!!! Finalmente en plena noche decidimos irnos no soportamos la idea de dormir en este lugar , sin lograr nuestro objetivo nos fuimos.. No les recomiendo este sitio .

No lo recomiendo, es ruidoso, y la atención no es la mejor, habíamos reservado una habitación con cama King y con vista a la bahía y en la recepción nos dieron una de las del piso inferior, el ascensor parallegar ahí teníacartones y los pisos del Hall estaban en reparación sin azulejos, al llegar a la supuesta habitación era mas chiquita que una ratonera y por supuestoque no tenía ni cama King ni vista a la Marina, al momentonos dimos cuenta que nos habíandado una habitacióneconómica por el precio de una muchísimo más cara, fuimos con equipaje y todo de nuevo para la recepción, y el empleado decía que si que era nuestra habitación, al parecer acostumbran aprovecharse de clientes latinos parahacerles lo mismo porque leí las opiniones de otros huéspedes latinos y le hicieron lo mismo de que les dan habitaciones más malas y los mandan justo para las que quedan al lado de las habitaciones que estánen plena remodelación, y por suerte nos atendió el mánager y resolvió el asunto, de hecho fue la únicapersona amable del hotel. En la nueva habitación nada que ver con la anterior era lo que habíamos reservado en los pisos superiores, pero aún así no me gustó se podía escuchar el tv de la otra habitación, y desde las 8a.m. hacen ruido las trabajadoras de limpieza. Horrible no lo visitaré más

Muy bien ubicado.Tiene una linda vista hacia las marinas.Se puede ver el movimiento de los barcos.La habitación que tomamos es amplia y cómoda. Está bien equipada. La atención en conserjería es muy buena.La pileta y el bar son muy buenos.Muy recomendable.

Reservamos una habitación con vista a la marina. A nuestra llegada nos cambiaron a una habitación de menor valor y justo al lado de los cuartos que estaban remodelando. El hotel estaba lleno y debo asumir que le dieron nuestra habitación a otro cliente. Nos levantamos con mucho ruido. La administración nos cambió de cuarto al otro día y nos compensó con el desayuno continental. No hubo reembolso de dinero.
