Só não posso dizer que é perfeito, pois não tomei café no hotel! De resto, tudo perfeito. Apesar da localização distante do centro de Florença, o hotel oferece transfer durante todo o dia. Foi um prazer minha hospedagem lá e retornaria certamente.

O hotel é bem completo e com boas instalações. Única coisa que me deixou irritado foi o ar condicionado, pois o mesmo desligava depois de um tempo e não retornava, entretanto, em se tratando de Itália, foi um dos melhores no nosso giro pelo país. Os quartos são muito bons.

Simpático Executive lounge na cobertura com belas vistas é o destaque do hotel.Hotel é distante do centro histórico, mas pode ser conveniente se voce estiver de carro. De modo geral, os quartos estão defasados e necessitam de modernização, mas atenção ao cliente é boa, os clientes leais Honors Diamond são bem servidos e respaldados. O Executive Lounge na cobertura é muito agradável, especialmente a área externa.Espero que esse breve relato tenha contribuído na sua escolha de seu próximo hotel :)**Meus relatos são baseados em experiências reais como viajante a trabalho e a lazer em mais de 200 diferentes hotéis em 4 continentes, principalmente das redes Hilton e Accor. ;)

Lovely room with good gym, and breakfast had quality food, and staff were helpful. The bathroom amenities were Crabtree (nice to see a familiar brand) while the bathroom had a full width mirror and various shower heads which made me indulge inwarm showers. Unfortunately, it was hard to get proper rest as somehow the noise pollution from room unlocking mechanisms and loud passing vehicles (esp one roaring bike) were high.

This Hilton is dirty compared to normal Hilton’s. Breakfast was okay and most dishes were dirty. The bathroom in our room had black dirt in the grout, I would recommend shower shoes. They had a shuttle which was nice but we only used it twice since some times didn’t align. Next time we will stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.

We stayed there for 4 days in August this year. Reception staff are very friendly and Helpful. I would like to thank Leonardo Montermini for giving us the room with amazing view of the beautiful city! And not only that we have an executive lounge access too! We will definitely go back there again!! Highly recommended.

My second time staying at a Hilton brand. My experience was ok at best. Restaurants in hotel have limited choices. Food options and shopping surrounding hotel are few. Location is great as far as being close to the airport. I loved the fact the hotel has a shuttle that goes to the main train station. Hotel doesn't offer shuttle to the airport. Staff are friendly!

Habitaciones cómodas y amplias.El hotel dispone de servicio de trasporte a Florencia,previa reserva de hora, lo que suple una no muy buena ubicación (a medio camino entre Florencia y el aeropuerto)

Spacious room with nice decoration and view. Very well equipped gym. The jacuzzi was out of order. 25 minutes driving distance from centre. Hotel bus every half hour for commuting to the centre.

Really cozy hotel. Slept very well with the comfortable mattress. The direct shuttle bus is also quite convenient even though the hotel is a little far from the center. But the fare with 1,50€ is affordable! Parking spot for motorcycle is free is very safe. Unfortunately the AC is a little loud.

The hotel over all was great! I was disappointed that the Pool was closed, it’s so hot it needs to be open! The customer service at the front desk was AMAZING they were very knowledgeable and helpful and we extended our stay twice because the atmosphere was great! Only thing they could do to better help visitors is maybe have a printed map of local places to visit.

The venerable Hilton Metropole towers above the neighborhood and offers multiple floors and room choices. Hilton staff remains accommodating and efficient. The hotel itself is starting to show age but remains a very good place to stay if not a bit far from city center. A shuttle is provided (it’s hot in the summer) but we typically took a taxi which ran around 20€ each way to the city. The shuttle is also once every hour which makes it hard to time. Parking is underground, secure, and abundant at only 10€ a day. Breakfast was good and the bar is well provisioned. For the price point in Summer season the Hilton Metropole is very hard to beat.

Este sitio no merece valoración por mi parte ya que la atención brilla por su ausencia, la señora encargada de las reservas no tiene ni pizca de educación ni respeto por los clientes, es una mal educada , aunque me regalarán la enstancia no iria, todo esto deriva de una cancelacion de vuelo, este hotel no tiene culpa de ello pero el problema es que teniamos la noche pagada y por las circunstancias de la cancelacion teniamos que trasladarnos a pisa, entonces decidimos hablar con la recepcion para ver si habia manera de no perder esta reserva , y es cuando sale esta señora de reservas frotandose las manos diciendo a su compañera que se lavara las manos y que no podian hacer nada al respecto, pero todo esto delante de mi cara, no merece el puesto que tiene.

Hotel bien ubicado, habitaciones amplias, detalles: wi-fi con paupérrimofuncionamiento, baños de habitaciones con detalles en infraestructura y mantención, agua de las duchas con un tono amarillento, faltan enchufes disponibles para cargar dispositivos eléctricos... Caso particular comida excelente pero variedad escueta para quienes no gusten del menú dispuesto.

Hay que pagar para tener wi fi....en estos tiempo no puede ser.El desayuno increíble yla atencion del personal muy atentos siempre. La ubicación no es buenaesta muy lejos del centro pero posee un shuttle que te lleva y trae a determinados horarios, debería ser más extendido el horario. La habitación y baño excelente.
