“First of all. Breakfast is NOT included in your stay. I was disappointed to get a bill for $50 for 2 people to eat breakfast there. Room did not feel like Hilton. The carpet was gross, stains on the chair in the room, walls look beat up. Only good thing was the bed-comfortable and slept well. However you will wake up when people are talking loudly down the hall, the voices echo loudly. We had no view of the river from our room. We were told the hotel was booked up. But we booked the room the day of our stay. The lobby looks nice, staff are very friendly. The waitress at Kings did not like when I grabbed my own coffee/waters. I did not realize she was our server (because I was under the impression that breakfast was included and it was all self serve). But we were in a rush and she was serving A LOT of people all by herself, it would've taken forever to get most of our stuff. Valet is $33 and they park in the open lot next to the hotel. Not sure how safe that is, they also need the room number and they ask very openly for that which I felt uncomfortable giving out. However, valet boys are really sweet and get your car to you quickly. They give you a QR code that you can text so valet can have your car ready for you but when I texted, the number responded that they had trouble with finding the ticket number and to go to valet to get the car. So that was pointless. Overall, I expect much more from Hilton specially if you're paying $193/night plus $26 in taxes, plus $33/valet, plus $50 for breakfast!. It was a very expensive one night stay. I would not recommend this hotel unfortunately.”

“The room was average considering the price compared to your standard hotel room. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful but the valet left something to be desired. We paid the 30 something dollars for valet only to have valet employees tell us they weren't able to drive a standard and that they would walk us to the car if we would like. This completely eliminates the purpose of paying extra for valet”
