“I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody. The rooms are well designed and clean, and the common space is kept very clean.
We stayed all inclusive and had a swim-up suite, preferred club - I would also recommend splashing out the little extra for this - to makes the stay even better.
We tried most of the restaurants in the hotel and were not disappointed, we didn't try the buffet restaurant (world cafe).
The only strange thing was the bed turn down service coming to the room at 4pm to 5pm most days during our stay. Although we aren't night-owls, even we thought this was a little early especially since the room was typically made up at between 11am and 1pm.
Beware there is a service charge for room service, even if you are fully inclusive.
This isn't really a beach hotel, although there is a rocky way into the sea.”

The staff are so helpful and always cheerful.
The room with ocean view is just beautiful.
I never sleep well when I’m away from home but have slept like a baby for the last 2 nights.
There had previously been an issue with our booking and Sonia & Paola sorted it without and hesitation.
We have been to lanzarote for many years at Christmas but never stayed in Puerto Calero before. We love the area With its lovely harbour and would highly recommend staying at Secrets. Just superb.”
