“Professional, friendly staff. Great rates for a phenomenal hotel with excellent location, quality and convenience. Modern hotel that has preserved the historical feel and features of the building. Top knotch food, service and relaxed but upscale atmosphere in the hotel restaurant/bar. Definitely staying here again in my future travels to Rome for business.”

“Gave two stars for cleanliness no upgrade they said they were fully booked yet as I saw that not everyone arrived they could have given me a room that someone hasn't arrived yet and met my requests didn't even try smoke detector hanging from ceiling said they would come with a ladder to mount it properly never happened when I asked for a late checkout they first refused then only gave me one hour after I told them I'm a diamond member they should know that on their own free breakfast is only basic items anything else there is a upcharge so overall nice hotel not great service”
