“Just before we flew out I noticed a waive of negative reviews which did concern me.
The concept of hard rock might be dated somewhat not sure where the group will evolve over the next 3 or 4 years but I think this at times does attract more pressure on the hotel itself at times as.

+ beach club - nice pool, food and cocktails
+ amazing view from suite
+ entertainment in evenings
+everything charged to wristband key
My son had his birthday and the team we excellent to make his perfect day special - this is what makes holidays….special moments serviced by special gestures
Location is a bit secluded - the strip is small outside but has shops for local amenities. So if you looking for a hotel where there are many restaurants and nightlife nearby pick a different hotel.

“Amazing from start to finish, hotel is immaculate! Attention to detail is 1st class rooms are stylish, practical and very comfortable . Staff are on another level in particular Jason ( guest relations manager) he went above and beyond for us, we are very very grateful made out last day stress free ❤️ Thankyou so much!!!! Jessica and Santiago are fantastic nothings a bother we were never too long with out a drink, made our stay extra relaxing… all inclusive is 💯 worth it the food and drinks are amazing !!! We will definitely be back Kayley & Ross”
