“We had an amazing stay at H10 Port Vell. The hotel was in a very good area with only few minutes walking distance to restaurants and bars and Barceloneta. The staff were very friendly and our room was cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels. Upon our arrival we have been given a room with a view that faces a wall. The room wasn’t getting any air and we were getting hot during the night. The next morning I have asked the receptionist if it was possible to have the AC on or do something to fix the room temperature. He then immediately offered us a better room with a street view and a balcony. It was great and more spacious! Don’t forget to visit the roof, chill by the pool and get a nice view.”
