Supreendemente Bom Parabéns a todo o staff , mas 5* ao chefe do restaurante pela comida confeccionara duranteuma semana de estadia no hotel . Voltarei sem dúvida

Excelente. Gostei. O empregado brancode mesa, que serve na esplanada á noite, nao me pareceu sério. Serviu-me uma cuba libre de 4€ e levou 6.59€. Antes de receber tirou a lista de preços da mesa. Foi um gesto pouco sério.

Localização perto das callas e pltja llarga. Boas instalações modernas e confortáveis. Pessoal simpático comida boa e com opção de pequeno almoço saudavel ( sementes variadas, leitesdiversos, fruta seca, variedade de iogurtes, fruta desidratada, bolavha integrais, muita fruta fresca...) enfim coisas q aprecio so pequeno almoço. Dentro do hotel uma excelente pizzaria com preços razoáveis. Recomendaria sem dúvida alguma este hotel.

Apesar de o hotel ter 4 estrelas eu vou dar 5 porque simplesmente adorei!

Caro pelo que oferecem. Wi-fi horrível, sem vaga de estacionamento, comida razoável, limpeza diária dos quartos fraca. Água das piscinas congelante (ficamos nele pela piscina para as crianças e foi frustrante pois as crianças quase não entravam na água de tão congelada que era). Piscina aquecida com tanto cloro que quase não conseguimos ficar com os olhos abertos. Muitos cheios de regras pelo pouco que oferecem.

Hotel moderno, muito confortável, muito limpo, muito boa comida sempre com muita variedade,empregados muito atenciosos, quartos grandes com camas muito confortáveis, muita animaçao, dos melhores hoteis que conheci ate hoje espero um dia voltar

Hemos estado alojados 5 días, del 3 al 8 de junio, en los que ha coincidido un puente festivo en Cataluña (2 días de muchísima gente) y los otros muy tranquilos, apesar de que el fin de semana ha estado lleno, los servicios han seguido siendo excelentes. El personal muy atento, los animadores muy majos… la habitación con terraza un plus, los desayunos increíbles y las cenas muy bien ( que bueno el arroz del sábado y el domingo 🤤) !! Hemos disfrutado un montón de la piscina exterior e interior, de la cancha de fútbol..es nuestra segunda vez en el hotel, pero seguro que repetimos!!! La cala al lado del hotel, también nos ha gustado mucho y hemos ido a Salou andando porque está a nada y un día fuimos en autobús, desde la puerta del hotel. Hemos venido relajados y encantados! Volvemos relajados y muy contentos a casa!!

Sitio perfecto para ir en familia. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación ya que olía a tabaco pero nos la cambiaron en menos de una hora. El restaurante muy bien. La cena mejor que el desayuno. Piscinas muy llenas y hay momentos que cuesta pillar una hamaca. Lejos de Salou , se necesita coche si quieres visitarla. Tema aparcamiento complicado ya que hay poco en la calle. Tienen parking privado pero cuesta 18 euros al día. Servicio y personal atento. Lo recomiendo si buscas buen comer , piscina y no salir del hotel en todo el día.

Es perfecto para ir con niños de cualquier edad. Tiene varios mini clubs distribuidos por edades. Un parque interior para preescolares y otro exterior para niños más mayores. Pista de fútbol al lado del parque rodeada de Red. Tiene piscina de adultos y otra de niños con toboganes. Ambas súper grandes. Tienen piscina cubierta climatizada dentro y también un jacuzzi en la planta 4ª. Las habitaciones son tipo apartamento, amplias, nuevas y bonitas. El buffet está bastante bien en desayuno y cena. No comimos ahí. En hotel dispone de supermercado, bar restaurante y una pizzería. Fantástico para ir con niños. Lo súper recomiendo.

El hotel es precioso, ideal para no salir del recinto, tiene todo lo necesario para desconectar. Pero lo mejor, el personal muy atentos, amables y pendientes de las necesidades de cada persona. Sin duda, volveremos. Recomendable 100*100.

Merece la pena el apartamento, tiene todas las comodidades del hotel y es más grande con cocina, salón y amplia terraza. Superlimpio y tiene todos los productos de higiene de baño de buena calidad. El personal muy amable. El bufet de desayuno y cena abundante, variado y bien cocinado. Las piscinas adaptadas con rampa y con Toboganes

Solo estuvimos 1 noche, pero nos ha parecido muy buen hotel.Muy limpio, las instalaciones muy bonitas y cuidadas, la atención de la gente de recepción muy buena.No ibamos en temporada alta ni con niños pero habia un show para ellos tambien.Unas piscinas muy bonitas, la próxima visita será en época de usarlas!La ubicación preciosa, al lado de una cala con un atardecer impresionante. Solamente un detalle no me acabóde gustar.El desayuno era a partir de las 8am y no habia posibilidad siquiera de llevarnos ningún tipo de vianda al irnos antes de esa hora. Eso estaría bien que se tuviera en cuenta. Más allá de eso, recomiendo el hotel!

Nos ha encantado. Es un hotel que tiene muchos detalles para los niños: piensan en ellos en el restaurante donde hay comida a su alcance, platos de colores de plástico... En la habitación jabones para ellos... y a pesar de haber ido en temporada baja había animación para ellos ( los animadores muy simpáticos y la mascota Daisy les ha encantado) El buffet para los adultos también estaba muy bien, muy completo y bueno. Las habitaciones modernas y limpias ( me ha gustado el detalle de que haya acondicionador entre los jabones). Repetiremos seguro.

Muy buen hotel. Las instalaciones perfectas y el servicio es sobresaliente. La recepción, el equipo de restaurante y animación hacen quela estancia sea muy agradable, se nota que es un equipo que lleva tiempo trabajando juntos. Mención especial al equipo que esta en el comedor,que gente más profesional, agradable y simpática. Mi visita ha tenido que ser muy corta pero ese verano repetiremos seguro. Gracias!

Had a good stay, the adult and the children pools were clean and well maintained. The indoor pool is very quiet, only downside was you have to have a cap to swim indoor, you can purchase this at the desk for €2. Steam room is under maintenance which wasn’t mentioned when checking in. Rooms are very outdated and definitely need refurbishing, the toilet had residual stains even though it was cleaned. The beds were very firm, made it impossible to have a restful night. The entertainment was ok, nothing special but was rather loud if you’re overlooking the pool. This made it impossible to sleep until the show had ended, the stage staff had no volume control so it got louder later in the night. Although this is meant to be children entertainment, it went on for far too late. Some evenings it was extremely loud until midnight. Half board was the only option offered when booking. Breakfast was good, lots of choice for food and drinks, included a continental breakfast and a variety of cooked breakfasts in an open buffet. Dinner was less impressive as drinks weren’t included, not even water. This wasn’t mentioned in the booking again, options were limited for the drinks. You are able to bring your own drinks into the restaurant though, the food was mainly sea food, lots of veggies and plenty of options for children. Breakfast is served from 8-10:30 am and dinner is served from 7-9:30pm. You are not allowed to take food or drinks away from the restaurant, even though you often see children sneak out the odd sweet/ice cream cone. There aren’t many restaurants around the hotel but there was a pizzeria, pool side snack bar (quick food) and a sit down resultant serving salads and alternative hot food. Ordered a burger it came bun-less with a creamy sauce. This wasn’t mentioned when placing the order, it was flavourful though. It was very convenient to order drinks and snacks by the pool, the staff are very helpful and kind to make it a positive experience. There is also a supermarket within the resort, drink prices are much cheaper than by the pool. Alternatively there are two supermarkets close by, one across the road from the hotel and one to the side of the hotel- up the hill. Both are cheaper than the supermarket at the hotel. The hotel had a really convenient key for entering your room in the form of bracelet. This can also be used as a tab if topped up at reception, this saves your carrying cards/cash around the hotel. You’re even able to use the bracelet at the supermarket on site, so it’s super convenient. The beach is a short walkway, but the closest route is not easily accessible due to the stairs. The hotel is over an hour away from Barcelona so it’s worth keeping this in mind, if you’re interested in sightseeing as the journey can be rather long.

Very good quality. Food is amazing, rooms cleaned everyday. Fantastic hotel if you come with kids as they have a lot of activities to do, pool with a pirate boat and an amazing playground area, also the entertainment staff work hard to make everyone smile my son was so sad last day because he enjoyed a lot the entertainment in this hotel. We will come back. Good job guys!

Beautiful hotel, pools open at 10am local time, pools are lovely. But the price of everything is mental, they close the shop on Tuesdays which leaves you with having to pay 2.60 for a small cup of soda for the day and they unfortunately don't accommodate coeliacs very well at all, only pizza can be got throughout the day and the 20 meal in the evening doesn't include any drinks. Its crazy. Loved my holiday but small few bits that could be improved would make it a brilliant holiday. Staff are nice as well.

Staying next door to this hotel. Music blaring until at least 11pm at night. We have young kids and they couldn't get any sleep from the noise. No consideration for any other guests in the area

First night here exhausted from travelling. We were welcomed to a room with a temperamental phone and a broken AC unit in sweltering heat this is the last thing you want to be welcomed by.After having to go down to reception to bring up the issue at 1am, we were finally given a room change, as they did not have a technician available until the morning. We again found the same issue with the AC, so we spent the night tossing and turning in the room.The stay continued to worsen as we were demanded to leave the pool for wearing a burkini.Arguing they needed to check the labels. Something I highly doubt they would do had it been a skimpy bikini.All in all we ran into constant issues, and would not recommend this as a place to stay!

The hotel staff made me feel very uncomfortable.I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The first night our AC was not working, they moved us to another room where the AC was also not working. The technician came the next morning and told me I could have stood on a chair to fix it. We tried to call reception to get the issues fixed but our phone was not working either.Secondly we went into the pool and the lifeguard was extremely racist he came towards us and demanded we get out the pool at once because we I was wearing a burkini. All other people in the pool that wearing shirts etc were allowed to stay in the pool. A hotel manager came and inspected my clothing and agreed that I was actually allowed to use the pool, however the lifeguard or manager never apologised to me.Don’t waste your money or time at this hotel.

Simpatia dos funcionários. Bom pequeno almoço e jantar buffet. Ótimas piscinas, ideais para estadias com crianças. Quartos com boas varandas. Hotel com boa relação preço/qualidade.

Ups: One of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure to stay at. We(family of 3) had a wonderful time during our stay there. It's perfect for families especially with the half board option as you can just forget about the food, everything is ready to just go and eat. Great food variety and freshly cooked options included, drinks for the dinner however are not included but they prices are reasonable. The hotel also has a supermarket and 2 restaurants inside the complex, I found that really convenient. Very nice pools and activities.Downs: at times the wifi can get a little slow but It's still manageable. Sometimes it can get loud as they have musical events every night for children and adults. It's buzzing with children as you can imagine so maybe it's not the best place for a romantic getaway.
