Excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to give us an unforgettable experience. The area is beautiful and the locals are welcoming and kind. We opted for the Signature Level package and did not regret it. The extra amenities at the beach and pool were definitely worth it for us. Would highly recommend the Grand Palladium Imbassai!

Beautiful location in the Imbassai reserve. Client service was beyond measure - everyone constantly went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The villas are a much better experience than the “condo” set up of other resorts. Signature level pool, beach and cafe locations were amazing. Food was great at the à-la-carte restaurants and signature level locations, buffet was pretty good as well. Rooms were overall excellent but may need some minor updates (door to balcony was hard to maneuver, WiFi struggled a bit).

US like all inclusive estate mixed with Brasilian temperament and Brasiliens good mood. Childrens paradise, good for families. If you want silence out of 9-22:30 take an outer house. Seaview just in 2...3 Buildings upper floor. Exciting Signature amenities Beach club, Bossa Nova Bar... . Freshest food and best taste in Japanese Restaurant. Or you take fresh fish, meat at Poseidon Beach restaurant. Super endless white sand and empty Beach. Every day many activities, live music, theater, children events. Everything of this done with good vibes.

Great resort! Traveled here for a week long vacation during July 2022 to escape Argentine winter. Overall experience was great, the beach was wonderful and not crowded. We bought the signature package and upgraded to the larger room which was very nice. The package also gave us access to the exclusive beach area and bar which was an added benefit. All the staff was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely go again.

The stay was really good. A great diversity of food, excellent service. Employees are always nice, with a good mood and ready to do whatever its asked. I played volley with Tio Bolinha, Tia Estrela and Tia Pimenta and it was nice. There is a lack of night activities for teens but the volley was good during all day.

Experience to do not miss... people are so nice and friendly. Good and safe equipment ... but I never done it before .. so they should have explained to use the remos only on the surface of water... otherwise the make loose all the time balance ... and you and up in water 3.. anyway there is always someone following you to help... Fantastic swimmer James very helpful and patient 😁🙌

Primeiramente fomos muito bem atendidos no checkin (levados para uma sala reservada, onde tudo foi explicado e aguardamos dar o horário para poder ir aos quartos)! O atendimento em si é bom, variando de acordo com cada funcionário (normal né?!) Me desapontei um pouco com o quarto (cheiro muito forte de mofo, ar condicionado não gela, presença de lodo nos azulejos do banheiro e na banheira) frigobar também não funciona, estando a as bebidas quentes quando chegávamos ao quarto! As comidas são muito boas, café da manhã, almoço e jantar (porém café da tarde não agrada e com certeza é o que sobra do café da manhã) Bar da praia bom, faltando variedade de drinks! Restaurante POISEDON adorei, muito bom mesmo!!!! Restaurante temático PortoFino foi péssimo, comida horrível, atendimento então nem se fala.. Restaurante japonês excelente!!!!!! Cerveja e chopp quente 🥵 Atividades muito legais!!! Teatro bom e bar bossa nova EXCELENTE! O hambúrguer que servem no bar esporte também é ótimo! Vale a pena..Enfim, não se enquadra em um resort 5 estrelas..se melhorassem a limpeza dos quartos e qualidade de bebidas daria no máximo 4Obrigada.

Logo na chegada ficamos encantados com o atendimento no check-in, fomos atendidos por um colaborador Muito solícito e simpático. Ficamos na "villa PREMIUM", muito bem localizada, próxima recepção/restaurantes . Os apartamentos são bem grandes, aconchegantes,limpos . Ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente, programamos a temperatura,infelizmente não era nada silencioso.Quartos com hidromassagem, sofá... Alimentação café da manhã, almoço, jantar, chá da tarde, muito bem feitas, comidas saborosas . Aqui vale algumas dicas e sugestões para o hotel analisar: O atendimento às mesas muito mal organizado(devido ao protocolo covid não podíamos pegar talheres nem café) em duas ocasiões ficamos 20minutos contados esperando auxílio de um colaborador. Creio que uma das possíveis estratégias para amenizar esse problema seria aproveitar um pouco mais as dependência do restaurante OXUM , sabemos das despesas para abrir mais uma cozinha, também sabemos que 20 minutos para um talher fica difícil. Mais um ponto de atenção seria para a tarifa Day Use . Nós que trabalhamos com turismo sabemos da dificuldades em que estamos enfrentando. Por favor se atentem na quantidade,em algumas ocasiões conversamos com alguns clientes descontentes com a quantidade e a aglomeração. Recreação para crianças pequenas me pareceu muito boa, colaboradores animados e atividades envolventes. Recreação com adultos, principalmente focadas em atividades físicas, tais como volei, hidro, bike pool, caminhada, funcional.... bem ativas, recreadores interessados e funcionou... parabéns. O caminho para a praia é muito bonito e você pode encontrar saguis. O pôr do sol é maravilhoso, junto com o sunset party (programado no sábado e quarta feira que estivemos hospedados)com cantor que é espetacular, nota 10, com violão e champagnhe. A praia é muito bonita mas o mar bem agitado, na semana que estámos esta mais que bravo, não dava para entrar... é apreciar a paisagem, caminhar.... o mar é "aberto". Música no lobby sempre muito boa, inclusive algumas vezes de violino e guitarra. Apresentações no teatro também muito boas. Os dançarinos dançam e fazem acrobacias muito bem, a apresentação do Michael Jackson realmente surpreendeu positivamente. Demais apresentações muito boas, sugiro apenas que as músicas (por ex na apresentaçao do Rock entre outras) sejam mais conhecidas para que o publico possa cantar junto. Na praia, espuma com DJ, sugiro músicas que todos cantam, dançam. Piscina e SPA maravilhosos. Bar ao lado do SPA, "Habitat", sensacional, com sucos com pura fruta, ou alguns detox, atendimento do José e da Juliana , parabéns, pura simpatia! Protocolos Covid seguidos rigorosamente .Nos últimos 5anos enviamos vários clientes para o Grand Palladium.... depois de alguns feedback decidimos vir pessoalmente conhecer.Saímos com um experiente muito satisfatória ainda mais depois de encontrar pessoas que são simplicidade apaixonadas pelo nome Grand Palladium Imbassaí .nosso sincero agradecimentoConcierge : Álvaro e Maika Bar o segredo : Lucas Bar Premium da praia : Edileusa, Felipe e Nilda Recepção: SarahSão pessoas simplesmente incríveis.

Excelente hotel para la família. Ya conociamos otros, pero realmente este de la Red Gran Palladium sobrepasó todas las expectativas. Desde la hora que llegamos en la recepcion, atendimento diferenciado. Todos los funcionários muy educados y serviciales.Piscina optima com variadas actividades durante todo el dia. Colocando en grande destaque al equipo de animacion del CLUB infantil, los cuales acogieron nuestros hijos super bien. ESTRELA, BOLINHA, RISADINHA, TIGRE, BORBOLETA.MUY AGRADECIDO CON TODOS. It must be an old big and nice resort, but I don't think it's a 5 star resort. There is no wifi all day throughout the resort today. And the intercom in the room was also broken. There is no electric kettle in the room. The restaurant is cluttered with too many people. The shower came out so little water that it was difficult to shower. The beach was beautiful but unorganized and cluttered.

The Grand Palladium hotel made my vacation the best i’ve ever had. The shows were fantastic, the pool was extravagant, and the food/drinks were delicious! For example, the show at the pool was amazing and special, some of the performers who were exception were Estrela, Pimenta, Bolinha, Risadinha, and Leize. I recommend it highly!

Huge international resort hotel located in Brazilian coast (Bahia) with warm water on its beaches almost all year. The rooms are quite comfortable with bathtub. The swimming pool is bigger and it has aquatic attractions for kids and adults. At night, shows happen everyday to have a fun. The only regret is the distance to the beach (700m) due to protect the existing environmental reserve (I think it's important). I recommend for family vacations.

Pros: The property is beautiful, and staff did there best to understand us! Service wasn’t terrible considering I’m in the service industry and I’ve read horror stories about Brazil. I loved the walk through the nature preserve to get to the beach! If you don’t want to walk there are free rides available! Plenty of activities! The adult pool is great and not crazy crowded, the spa is excellent! Cons:mold all over in the bathroom, in the calming of the tubs and sinks, on the walls where towels hang. Gross. The rooms felt dirty. Tables were spotty, all of the light switches were pretty gross to the sight/touch and the phone was nasty. The food was terrible. Tasteless, the meats were all very gamey (maybe I’m just a picky American?) The themed restaurants are basically used the same deserts and ingredients as the buffets. We were bored and trying to find granola bars on the second day. All four of our party got pretty sick and we ate nothing overly adventitious. I stuck with the “healthy bar” by the spa at least I saw them make the juices fresh.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Swimming pools and other gym are nicely kept and clean so are other venues. The infrastructure is great as a whole. The resort requires some minor overhauls. The room we stayed had sheets with big holes in it. The main restaurant had a big variety for all meals, but after sometime you get a little bored of the same dishes served -- we stayed there for a week. There are three specialty foods open for dinner, but require reservation: Japanese, Barbecue (churrasco) and Mediterranean food. The Japanese food was horrible according to my wife, as she considered it the worst she ate. The Mediterranean was fine, but nothing special. Last, but not least was the Barbecue, which all enjoyed. Very negative point and concerning was that in a party of 7, who joined for this stay, six of us got sick with diarrhea and/or vomit. Other people who stayed over during this period who we met at the doctor were sick as well.

One of the best all inclusive resorts on Brazil. A la carte restaurants are the best in this segment IMO. Optional SPA services are expensive and in general, not worth the value.

Amazing ... food 100 points, beach 100 points, i can tell you... i would be back 100% , just the bartenders from the main bar next to the lobby are bad, looks like they hate their job, my wife said the same, my dad said the same and many other people... the bar at the beach 100 points... bartenders are good also the after 6pm adults only bar has good bartenders.
