You pay for what you get. And everything we got was right on the money for a relaxing mini stay-cation. Breakfast in the morning was always amazing. The gym facilities were clean and well stocked. I'm not a runner but that rooftop track was tempting. The room was another incredible experience for us. The view was stunning. It had a little office which came in handy. Overall. Clean. Beautiful. And most importantly relaxing.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights last week. Overall the stay was very comfortable. I would like to start my review with the positives. The hotel is in downtown just a block away from 16th Street Mall and walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, Coors Field and other places of interest. The front office staff was courteous and helpful. The room I stayed in was large with a king bed, a desk and comfort leather chair with ottoman. Bathroom was large with separate standing shower but didn’t have a bath tub. The room had single serve coffee machine and coffee pods which was nice. Now the negatives: the furniture in the room is pretty worn out with paint peeling from wooden surfaces. The closet was very small to store your luggage. The walls between the rooms are very thin as I could hear a lot of noise coming from the room next door, which was probably occupied by a family with a lot of young kids/teenagers. The hotel charges for the water bottles provided in the room. $5 per bottle. Considering overall the pricing of all the hotels in the vicinity, I would still recommend this hotel.

Very clean feel to the place. Comfortable rooms. Room service was quick and food decent. Walking to popular sites within access. Nice professional staff. Bartenders made great drinks. It was a lovely stay.

Great experience staying here. It had good views for the most part. Although it did cost more for a room with a view. I believe they charged us $20 extra for the view. We only exchanged our towels for our stay but the cleaning lady was very nice and tried to give me everything new. They have a nice workout room, pool and big tennis and running track also. Overall I was pleased with our stay. If i had to say anything about things that could be updated. The room could use a little bit of touch ups. (Paint, stains and repairs) little more cleaning of the common areas (elevator areas and carpet stains). We wanted to spend more time here (to stay a extra 3 or 4 more days) but they wouldn't adjust the price at all to accommodate us at all. Only full price. But that was ok we just moved over to another nice hotel nearby for the rest of the week.

The room was very clean and the cleaning staff are super nice. There was no notepad, hotel directory book or bible in the room. We had plenty of clean towels and polite room service people. Our neighbors smoked every day next time we will double check that we are on the No Smoking floor. The lamps are too big for the room/night stands.... strange.

The Grand Hyatt Denver is one of our go to hotels when we stay in the area. The location is great, right near lots of shopping and restaurants and we love the hotel's decor. It's really nice and sleek. We will usually book an executive suite and those rooms are really comfortable. I'd highly recommend staying in one as well as this hotel in general. It's a great property and the staff is always very nice.

Negatives: When we initially entered our room, it looked very nice and spacious. However, there was dried urine on our toilet seat…major red flag. Just gross. I proceeded to shower & get ready for our dinner reservations and soon discovered that all of the shower products (except the paper wrapped bar soap) were already open and partially used. So we definitely had concerns about the cleanliness and sanitary levels of our room/bathroom. Our closet door was broken and wouldn’t stay closed. Inside the closet there was a ceiling panel moved aside, exposing some pipes and wiring. We felt like our room had very poor upkeep and wasn’t cleaned properly. Positives: We chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt Denver while celebrating my sisters 21st birthday because we wanted a hotel that was in close proximity with the downtown bars and would make for some quick and affordable Uber rides. We only stayed for 1 night. We ordered room service and the staff who assisted us were very polite. The food was pretty average, but no complaints.

First word that pops up: Fancy. And Pricey. So 3 words. The room was clean and spacious. When walking, the bottom part of the bed stand lights up, which is great when you're walking in the dark. It's also in the bathroom, which is great. 24 hr room service is a huge plus, though it is pricey. Bathroom is good, there's some seating area around the tub and spacious. For some recent, I kept getting shocked when I put my card key to unlock the door. It is a bit of walk from Union Station (clocked 10 minutes) but there are a few places around and not far from 16th Street Mall. Staff is friendly.

Not sure why this is a 4.5 star hotel, I would say more of a 3 star, wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. However, staff was very friendly and accommodating!
