Equipe acolhedora agradável, o manobrista e concierge estavam no topo de seu jogo. Os quartos e banheiros eram muito limpos. O serviço de quarto no dia seguinte estava um pouco irregular. Como sempre pedíamos itens individuais que sobraram, pode ser por causa do recuo relacionado à Covid. O bar e o restaurante são muito bons. Recomendaria visitá-los, mesmo se você for nit ficar no hotel.

Un equipo agradable y acogedor, el servicio de aparcacoches y el conserje estaban en la cima de su juego. Las habitaciones y los baños estaban muy limpios. El servicio de habitaciones al día siguiente estaba un poco irregular. Como seguíamos pidiendo un artículo individual que nos quedaba, podría deberse al retroceso relacionado con Covid. El bar y el restaurante son realmente agradables. Recomendaría visitarlos, incluso si no estás alojado en el hotel.

Nice welcoming crew, the valet & concierge were on top of their game. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The room service the following day was little spotty. As we had keep on asking for individual item that were left our, it might be because of Covid related pull back. The bar and restaurant are really nice. Would recommend visit them, even if you are nit staying at the hotel.

A recepção e equipe de manobrista foram incríveis e amigáveis. Eu dou a eles 5 estrelas. O quarto, porém, não era par para um hotel de luxo. Não havia geladeira e o hotel era cercado por ruas movimentadas. Fomos acordados todas as manhãs às 7h por tráfego barulhento lá fora.

The front desk and valet staff were incredible and friendly. I give them 5 stars. The room however was not up to par for a luxury hotel. There was no refrigerator, and the hotel was surrounded by busy streets. We were woken up every morning at 7am by noisy traffic outside.

Quartos agradáveis e camas muito confortáveis. Digno de nota, as banheiras são bastante grandes, podendo acomodar 2 adultos confortavelmente. A equipe era prestativa e amigável. O café da manhã no restaurante foi delicioso também. Tem uma vibração muito forte de "cabana de caça cruzada com museu de arte rústica", que suponho que adiciona ao ambiente, mas não teve um grande impacto em nossa estadia de uma forma ou de outra. Também fica a uma curta caminhada de bons restaurantes. O estacionamento com manobrista obrigatório é caro, mas infelizmente é padrão em muitos hotéis. No entanto, uma ótima e confortável opção de hospedagem durante a sua visita.

Bonitas habitaciones y camas muy cómodas. Es de destacar que las bañeras son bastante grandes y pueden acomodar cómodamente a 2 adultos. El personal fue amable y servicial. El desayuno en el restaurante también era delicioso. Tiene un ambiente muy fuerte de "pabellón de caza cruzado con museo de arte rústico", que supongo que se suma al ambiente, pero no tuvo un impacto importante en nuestra estadía de una forma u otra. También se encuentra a poca distancia de buenos restaurantes. El servicio de aparcacoches obligatorio es caro, pero lamentablemente estándar en muchos hoteles. Sin embargo, una excelente y cómoda opción de alojamiento durante su visita.

Nice rooms and very comfortable beds. Of note, the bathtubs are quite large able to fit 2 adults comfortably. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious as well. Has a very strong "hunting lodge crossed with rustic art museum" vibe, which I suppose adds to the ambiance, but didn't play a major impact on our stay one way or another. It is also within walking distance of good restaurants. The mandatory valet parking is expensive but standard for many hotels unfortunately. Nevertheless, a great and comfortable lodging option while visiting.

Wonderful staff and awesome food! Would definitely recommend! Menu is somewhat limited so look it up online before you go. Prices are a little higher than the average restaurant, we were going for our anniversary so it was acceptable lol!

This hotel is gorgeous. The design from the hotel lobby, bar, restaurant, and rooms are all stunning. They did not slack on any of the interior design at all. It is expensive, but it is a “Gran Bohemian Hotel.” It’s managed by Marriott, so you know you’re only going to get the best service from a hospitality standpoint. Not far from downtown!

Este é definitivamente nosso lugar favorito para ficar em Asheville. Nós ficamos em outro Inn e spa bem conhecido por anos. Temos ido ao Grand Bohemian pelo menos uma vez por ano nos últimos 8 ou 9 anos. Eu amo a conveniência de estar em Biltmore Village. O spa é pequeno, mas maravilhoso e muito mais personalizado. Também trazemos nossos dois poodles padrão ocasionalmente. Eles também adoram!

Paramos para almoçar por capricho. Eu nunca tinha entrado e queria ver a decoração. Gostei da salada de frango defumado. Havia uma quantidade surpreendentemente generosa de frango. Bolo de lava derretida com sorvete de sobremesa estava delicioso. O ambiente é ótimo. Parece que você está entrando em um cenário europeu. Eu voltarei. Eu daria 5 estrelas, mas o menu só está disponível com um leitor de QC no seu telefone. Inconveniente para mim, mas eu tinha um jovem comigo que sabia como.

Paramos a almorzar por capricho. Nunca había estado adentro y quería ver la decoración. Disfruté de la ensalada de pollo ahumado. Había una cantidad sorprendentemente generosa de pollo. El pastel de lava fundida con helado de postre estaba delicioso. El ambiente es genial. Se siente como si estuvieras entrando en un entorno europeo. Vuelvo enseguida. Le daría un 5 estrellas, pero el menú solo está disponible con un lector de control de calidad en su teléfono. Inconveniente para mí, pero tenía un joven conmigo que sabía cómo.

We stopped for lunch on a whim. I'd never been inside and wanted to see the decor. I enjoyed the smoked chicken salad.There was a surprisingly generous amount of chicken. Molten lava cake with icecream for dessert was delicious. The ambience is great. It feels like you're stepping into a European setting. I'll beback. I'd give it a 5 star but the menu is only available with a QC reader on your phone.Inconvenient for me, but I had a youngster with me who knew how.

This is definitely our favorite place to stay in Asheville. We stayed at another well known Inn and spa for years. We have been coming to the Grand Bohemian at least once a year now for the last 8 or 9 years. I love the convenience of being in Biltmore Village. The spa is small but wonderful and much more personalized. We also bring our two standard poodles on occasion. They love it too!

Sólido, limpo e excêntrico hotel “cabana de caça”. Grande arte pendurada por toda parte. Reservado, acreditando que esta seria uma experiência Marriott Autograph. Só não estava à altura dos padrões do Marriott Autograph, então apenas saiba disso se você está esperando esse nível de serviço. Não há lounge do concierge, embora nos tenham dito por 2 representantes diferentes que havia um. A equipe foi complacente com a falta de um. Desconto decente foi oferecido para o café da manhã, mas não almoço, lanches ou jantar. (Espere membros da equipe Sara, foi um verdadeiro mimo ter nos servindo durante o café da manhã ambos os dias) No quarto, chuveiro e banheira foi excepcional. O serviço de limpeza “não apareceu” no primeiro dia e depois começou a bater na porta às 9h do dia do check-out. Excelente estadia em geral, apenas um pouco decepcionado. Não hesitará em reservar novamente, agora sabendo o que o espera. (A aula de spin muito barulhenta do outro lado da rua não é brincadeira. Muito rude da parte deles ser tão barulhento. Não é culpa do hotel.)

Hotel "pabellón de caza" sólido, limpio y excéntrico. Un gran arte colgaba por todas partes. Reservamos, creyendo que sería una experiencia de Marriott Autograph. Simplemente no estaba a la altura de los estándares de Marriott Autograph, así que sepa eso si espera ese nivel de servicio. No se proporciona salón de conserjería, aunque 2 representantes diferentes nos dijeron que había uno. El personal fue complaciente con la falta de uno. Se ofreció un descuento decente para el desayuno, pero no para el almuerzo, los refrigerios o la cena. (Los camareros Sara, fue un placer absoluto que nos sirvieran durante el desayuno ambos días) La ducha y la bañera de la habitación eran excepcionales. El servicio de limpieza "no se presentó" el primer día y luego comenzó a llamar a la puerta a las 9 am el día de la salida. Gran estancia en general, un poco decepcionado. No dudará en volver a reservar, ahora sabiendo qué esperar. (La clase de spinning muy ruidosa al otro lado de la calle no es una broma. Muy grosero de su parte por ser tan ruidoso. No es culpa del hotel).

Solid, clean, eccentric “hunting lodge” hotel. Great art hung throughout. Booked, believing this would be a Marriott Autograph experience. Just wasn’t up to Marriott Autograph standards, so just know that if you’re expecting that level service. No concierge lounge provided although we were told by 2 different reps there was one. The staff was accommodating to the lack of one. Decent discount was offered for breakfast, but not lunch, snacks or dinner. (Wait staff members Sara, was an absolute treat to have serving us during breakfast both days) In room Shower and tub was exceptional. Maid service “no showed” first day and then started knocking on door at 9a the day of check out. Great stay overall, just slightly disappointed. Will not hesitate to book again, now knowing what to expect. (The very loud spin class across the street is no joke.Very rude of them to be that loud.Not the hotel’s fault.)
